I was very glad & excited to get a smoothie. Something healthy. With my new job a couple of doors down, I was looking forward to buying a smoothie every day, to try to motivate myself to eat healthier & lose weight.Destiny was extremely nasty, hateful & disrespectful for no reason at all. Her excuse was, because the customer service was really slow, & she was tired & ready to go home. I had JUST gotten off from work, myself. No matter how tired, I would NEVER act rude to an innocent customer at my job, because I'm "tired". She made me feel like I don't want to come back to this location EVER again! & it didn't phase her for me to tell her that I will contact the manager. She was working by herself.

I don’t know the girl’s name but I don’t like her attitude at all. She’s never friendly, never greets me, never says hi or bye or anything for that matter. It makes the wait uncomfortable. And every single time I order a chocolate hulk it’s never right. It’s overly chocolatey, overpowering the other flavors. It just doesn’t taste right. Not like the other locations.

Girls working this morning 10/272023 are not very friendly at all. Zero personality !! I was obviously bothering them!! I need to find another location to do business with or another smoothie company.

As a small business owner and someone with more than two decades of retail/hospitality/customer service experience, I’m reluctant to leave this negative review for this business. I typically give workers the benefit of the doubt because of how poorly they’re usually treated by most customers nowadays but today I’m compelled. I was the only customer in the store this morning when I walked in. The employee who was finishing up a delivery order saw me but never said a word. Not even a smile or anything to acknowledge that I had just walked in. I stood at the register for a couple of minutes until she walked over and still nothing. I broke the arkward silence by greeting her with good morning, how’re you doing today. She then replied “what can I get for you.” I ordered a spinach pineapple powermeal but they were out of spinach so I ordered a muscle punch instead. I asked for a kids cup on the side and she told me it was only ten ounces and wasn’t going to do anything but ok. And gave a nice eye roll too. She doesn’t know that I’m bringing this smoothie to share with my mother who is in the hospital barely eating and almost died last week but hey there’s my benefit of the doubt. Once she finished making the smoothie, she sat it on the counter with the extra cup I requested and quickly turned her back to me without saying a word. I then told her that I hope her day gets better as I picked up my items and left. This employee clearly didn’t want to be bothered or at work today and was giving off a negative vibe throughout the store. This visit was in direct contrast to the one I had the other day when J/Jay assisted me. She was polite and conversational while making me four smoothies. I was the only customer in the store that day too. We all have bad days so I’m willing to give this store another try but I’ll happily take my business to another franchise location if have another experience like this. If you don’t feel like being at work then maybe you should stay home. I intentionally left your name out of this review so here’s your second chance to do better going forward and I genuinely hope you have a better day and find some peace to whatever you may be going through.

We always stop here when we visit New Orleans. We make sure to get our smoothie when we are leaving. Staff is nice, service is quick. I love the fact that they have vegan protein available if you want to add it to your smoothie.

First of all I want to say that as a person who works in customer service I know there can be difficult days but, come on guys !!!! The customer service in this store is lousy and if there was a different word to define it I would use it, the girl with glasses was unable to even say hello or use any gentle words, she seemed annoyed all the time with everyone, the manager strongly needs to do an inspection to his store, people pay for the smoothie and also for the experience, and based on my experience I will not go back, there are many other stores with better customer service.

Not a good location for customer service. Location closes at 8:00 but 10 minutes prior, they would only sell one flavor because “everything is closed out.” Mind you, all fruits and other ingredients were there in the serving area.

Employee Destiny refused to make smoothie bowl on two separate occasions. She stated she doesn’t make bowls when she’s in the store by herself. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Horrible customer service!!

I work close by so I stopped in a bit after 9:00am on Thursday- tried to open the door but the 3 employees yelled “we’re closed” from behind the counter… The hours on the door AND website clearly say they open at 9:00- I wouldn’t have wasted my few minutes before work to even stop there if I knew they were closed. I only work in that area on Wed and Thurs- so they can’t try to use the excuse that the hours are different on Friday… IT WAS THURSDAY! I think it’s a shame businesses complain about guests when they are the reason reviews like this are written… UPDATE YOUR HOURS if you’re not going to abide by the ones you have listed- I surely couldn’t do that if you came in to my place of employment! Just laziness all around- thanks for nothing- word of mouth goes a LONG WAY- that’s probably why you have to bring free smoothies to the hospital… maybe you would have more business if you just opened at the correct times you have posted! BAD SERVICE!!!

Called at 7 to make sure they didn't close till 8 and when I got there at 7:10 the girl told me she was only serving Angel Food smoothies bc she had already cleaned up.

I've never been the biggest fan of smoothie king but this place makes me love smoothie king. The store itself isn't too big but the store is always well kept, clean and well stocked. They have all the usual menu items and the staff is so nice!! Would recommend!
