I had told him I was wanting something vegan with protein and delicious and he introduced me to my new favorite postworkout smoothie- the grass monkey. There are plenty of vegan options and he is more than happy to help you find what works for you!

This is a really nice shop. I shouldn't but, I go here almost every time after I workout. It's in an amazing location honestly for what it is- right by the planet fitness. The guy who works front counter and makes smoothies is very helpful and friendly. They have a bunch of healthy options, supplements, snacks etc. Also it's nice because the smoothies are cheaper than Smoothie King and tropical smoothie, and they use quality ingredients. A small (20 oz) is 5.99.

Well, let’s start with me trying to order a smoothie. I’m reading the product says inside of it. A lot of the products are actually repeat it. When I ask the older white man for a Smoothie, he automatically charge me for the one that was most expensive with the exact same product send it. I thought it was ridiculous. When I got the smoothie there’s no ice substance. It is horribly nasty probably good for people that are working out and just want to cool down. But in my opinion compared to smoothie King, this is absolutely disgusting and running like a water.
