Unfortunately after 20 years coming here all the way from Mobile I have to give a bad review, not because of the product, still as his as ever but service is really bad. It is like they are doing me a favor by serving me. Please improve the service, it is such a great small place but service could ruin it for me

We got Spudly's for dinner last night and it was horrible. We spent close to $90. No biggie we love this place, we'll We ordered the bake potatoe soup of course and it looked and tasted like nacho cheese out of a can with potatoes in it. So that went into the garbage. My son's chicken tenders and wedge fries were both fried soooo over done it was hard to eat. The wedge fries skin was so hard it came off of the potatoe. We ordered a roast beef sandwich and they put it on a potato which when I called no problem they fixed it. There was a sign that said price increases. The quality of this food is horrible. We were both shocked at the quality of the food.

Saw the pictures of their potatoes and had to try it out. Very friendly service and nice people. Ordered cheese sticks and fried mushroom. The cheese sticks were only okay because they were not hot and the cheese was not melted, it was more firm, which I dont prefer. Got a regular potato with chopped bbq. It was a little too saucy and made the mixture kind of turn mush. Caesar salad was good. The corn and crab bisque was a little salty to me. Overall we still enjoyed our meal and had leftovers for another day. Definitely recommend trying

The people were nice enough, but the baked potatoes were not very good. They must’ve cooked the potatoes earlier and then microwaved them to heat them up so the cheese didn’t melt and the condiments on the potatoes was not that great. I’ve been to a lot of baked potato places in my lifeand this did not ring anywhere near the
Eh... I was super excited to try this place, as I love a good baked potato, but it left me moderately satisfied at the most. I got the Wisconsin (3 cheese with sour cream, butter & bacon) and added sauteed mushrooms to it. The potato was overcooked and the skin was tough. The mushrooms were from a can which is very disappointing since they taste horrible and fresh mushrooms are so cheap. The rest was mediocre and edible. I will definitely look for a different potato spot next time I'm craving one

I came here to pick up an order for my mother. It was already $47.00. And I walked in to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 15 more minutes. The cashier walked outside and found me because my mother paid over the phone and the girl wanted me to fill in a tip. For what? Telling me to wait 15 minutes for an order I walked inside to get? I tipped her $3 because I felt completely obligated but I can assure you that no one I know will be coming back here. The service is beyond tacky.
