These guys were amazing. The entire team was very kind and when I was in the drive-through line, they basically told me you know that I was helping them because they were having a hard day you know and I told them the same thing and I appreciate you guys for that so thank you and happy Thanksgiving from someone who has fought wars that people have never even dreamed of these guys they made me feel human they made me feel seen and most of all they told me how much they were thankful for me. They showed their gratitude just because I was being silly with them and I was making them laugh and it made my day and they told me it made their day. I just wanted y’all to see that beautiful picture that your team was a part of the tonight .You know is your team is very special especially these guys right here. Good morning, today's date is 7/1/2025. Just wanted to give you my feedback of the horrible experience/customer service I received. This is one of my to go places daily before work. I ordered a medium pike; a Carmel frap and a banana nut loaf. Upon arriving to the window Mr. Jason had a horrible attitude, not sure what the problem was. He gave me a lemon loaf when i order a banana loaf. When I told him about it nicely, he took it back and throwed it on the counter. Then someone else came to the window curly blond, not sure of the name. However, they started talking together. Then I got part of my order. Then 5 mins later he gave me my pike mean attituded. We come daily and always embraced with kindness with the wonderful Mrs. Beverly. I am not sure what going on at the at property, but it uses to be on point. However, the whole staff is not bad it just need to learn more customer service skills.

I usually get my refresher and double smoke from here! Today my strawberry acai refresher venti tastes spicy like cinnamon I have a strawberry acai venti with lemonade no inclusions and 15 pumps of CLASSIC SYRUP! It’s so nasty , smells bad and tastes bad. I’m so disappointed and I’ve called the store 8 times no answer.

Service was extremely nice and friendly! Very quick with my order as well. I got their Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with a Venti size (Large) for $6.45 (not including tax). Taste was good and full as always. The inside was clean and comfortable to study in if you’re looking for a study spot. A good Starbucks location in Metairie very close to Lakeside Mall.

I recently started coming to this location because it's closest to my job, and LET ME TELL YOU this location is the fastest, friendliest, and most presentable, delicious coffee EVERY time. They never fail to greet when I walk in and always have both drinks done within minutes. I would drive to this specific location even if it wasn't near me.

I went in tonight for a coffee after work and it just reminded me that I really like this location specifically because of the employees! :)
