The service at this location is extremely slow. On their board they have a halloweeen drink advertised, however no one knew how to make it. Then it was made with whipped cream when I specifically asked for none. Then they did not put the extra shot of espresso that I asked and paid for. This experience took over 20 minutes and made me late for work. Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. Very crowded, service was slow and slightly rude, kind of a "don't really care attitude", and the coffee had a lot of bean grit in it, like the grinds may have overflowed into the carafe? Anyhow it's been like this at the location on vets by Dorignacs the last several times, the location in Kenner is WAY better....consistently, that's where I'm going this morning !!!
