Every time we get a coffee here, it is just not as good as other Starbucks.
This time, it was an iced peppermint mocha. It had nothing on top, tasted like it just wasn't as "mocha-y" as usual. It may be the new syrup I heard they use.
Though nice, I gave the service ⭐⭐⭐because it just wasn't correct.

Ordered a caramel crunch Frappuccino. It wasn't ready for the time that was given to me, so I was like okay maybe they've running a little behind. When I did receive my order, it was very upsetting. It wasn't blended well. Caramel on the top of the cup, on the outside of the cup. As the lady was bringing me the cup she wiped it with her apron right in front of me. I really wanted it to be remade but I was in route to work. It didn't taste anything like a Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino.

I ordered a trenta strawberry Acai refresher with green tea instead of water and with light ice and extra strawberries. Also ordered a tall toffee nut frappucino with 1.5 pumps of syrup (instead of the usual 2 pumps). I also wanted cinnamon, and the barista suggested cinnamon powder instead of syrup to keep the sugar down. He blended the cinnamon powder and almond milk in the drink. Blending it was a good idea. Otherwise, the cinnamon would have been sprinkled on top. It was really good.

This was a horrible experience. The iced caramel macchiato has too much creamer in it. The summerberry lemonade takes only like lemonade. They forgot to make my summer third lemonade and made me wait without even saying our mistake. So all in all zero stars
Had a Doordash order and not a single employee acknowledged me. I understand they are busy but to not even answer one quick question of if they were even in process of making the order is rude.

The people were nice, I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive through and ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. That is my usual order, but my god the bagel tasted horrible! It didnt look burnt or anything, maybe it just went bad. Ive never tasted a bagel like this one.

Service here is oddly bad for Starbucks. Items are typically not ready despite the mobile app saying the order was completed. I’ve had to prompt idle employees to start making orders that were supposedly already finished, when they haven’t even been started. I’ve had my shoes mopped by an employee who for some reason thought they needed to mop right where I was standing. The products here are good but the teams’ service is pretty bad compared to other locations.

The person who made my drink today 3-16-25 11am had no personality, talking out loud complaining about making certain drinks and wasting time. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:58, instead got it at 11:03. Customer service skills need to be taught here and courteous workers are needed!!
