The line was so long and the wait took a bit long but once I got to the window to receive my order and pay they told me it was all free due to the long wait time and inconvenience. Usually that never happens at places. I was shocked 😲 but happy they noticed and did that. Great job on getting your customers to keep coming back Starbucks on veterans 👏...

I came around at 4:30pm on September 26th, 2025 asking for a water sweating and exhausted and asked for a water while I wait for my friends so I could meet up with them. I myself wasn’t hungry but they told me I had to buy something for a free water. I told my friends I’d rather go to McDonalds after that.

All I have to say is that morning staff is always the best staff every time I come in the afternoon its always a mess up for my order im not sure if all the good trained staff work in the morning but next time ill rather wait for the morning to order my Frappe. Please train yalls staff for the afternoon !!

Come to this location once every couple of weeks. As a general rule, I'm always pleased with all locations and the staff. Obviously with most, learn each others faces and even some life's stories. This location in particular, I would like to give an extra kudos!!... for whats most likely been a 100% every time. From additional non-requested gestures, to sometimes that extra emphasis on "Welcome...," or "how are you doing" while sitting with a coffee, it takes that little edge over the others. Not to diminish any locations, as I said. But the X factor that you feel you're going to get when walking into this location.
I can’t stand this location. Every time I get a delivery from Uber, I walk in there, and none of the employees pay me any mind. They’re lazy. I would just get in the drive-through, even though we’re technically not supposed to, but that’s the only way you get any assistance! but the wait isn’t worth five bucks. I will never accept a delivery request from this location again!

What can I say about this Starbucks well I cannot emphasize enough how sweet and nice the people are that work here it reminds me of what Starbucks used to be like we're the people treated you like you were friends and they were happy to see you. Every time I go to the Starbucks I feel happier after I leave because they're literally that nice even a minute in the Drive-Thru is such a nice experience especially if you're having a rough day it's nice to be treated like the people actually care I love this Starbucks!!!
