This is one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever come to. The lines are outrageous so I order ahead on the app and pickup in the drive thru. Just because they didn’t quite have my order ready at the time I pulled up ( After waiting my turn in line) MELINA made me pull back around and get back in line even though there were four other cars behind me causing me to be almost 20 minutes late for work and the reasoning was that mobile orders take at least 5 to 10 minutes when the app says 3 to 6. Ok but if I would’ve waited and ordered at the window and not ahead on my app would I have had the right to sit in my place in line? But because I made my own order and showed up a minute early, I have to get back in line and wait for four drinks to be made. Meanwhile mine should be done and will be done before I get back around to the window. And then for my drink to taste like water and milk when I pay for extra espresso is kind of ridiculous. You make me wait all the time and the drinks not even right. what is the point of mobile orders if you’re still going to make us wait for everybody else.Long story short, I am never coming here again

Nick was amazing. Made sure my breakfast sandwich was hot and drink tasted awesome. The wait wasn’t long at all, and Nick made sure i was taken care of. Wish i could be tipped but the app doesn’t allow other than that i received phenomenal service because of Nick.

The manager here is terrible talks to worker terribly and has an attitude with customers. I frequent here a lot and have witnessed it multiple time. Due to the Starbucks slander that’s happening now you would think he/she would have a better attitude. Instead of having a attitude focus on making matcha the CORRECT

I love this Starbucks! The barista/(manager?) is the best, gave my toddler a free cake pop one time and last week I had accidentally ordered my coffee online at another store and they still made it for me, free of charge. What excellent service!

I so love this store. I always feel welcomed and at peace at this location. Nesha is so amazing and i love her energy! We have such a great connection with music. She always have a smile on her face. This is my go to story always.

Placed an online order for the drive-thru. Only 3 cars in front of me and it took about 20 minutes. The person at the drive-thru seemed like they either didn't care or that they were new. If they were new, someone should have been helping her.

Slooooooooow.....we went inside and there were 6 workers, 4 people inside and 4 cars in drive thru. We ordered 1 cold drink and 1 hot. We got the cold 1 in about 10 minutes...we finally got the 1 hot one 20 minutes later. So 30 minutes for 2 drinks. My partner was done with theirs by the time I got mine. Slooooooow.
