If I could give - stars I would give them. Service is ridiculously bad. There is one of the ladies in customer service that is mean and puts the minimum effort to make the sandwiches.
I would highly encourage the manager of this place to take a look at their workers and improve customer service

The new pretzel stick is awful. Thought it was going to be soft since it was warm, but it became hard as a rock! Worried I might break a tooth so it went in the trash.
