Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my girlfriend went here last night. Ordered two sandwiches online 20 minutes before they closed.. We went to pick it up and both sandwiches were made wrong. My girlfriend walked back up to the door now 10 minutes before they closed and she told us “oh well, come back tomorrow.. I’m closed” … The door was locked. She then continued to tell us no and hid behind the counter. Two other people came that had already placed there order and didn’t get there’s. Terrible experience!! Won’t be returning. Her name is Jessica!!!!

Came at 842pm. Walk in. Girl says sorry we're closed. I said oh, the open sign is lit up. She says oh last 10 min... why have the sign on and be standing behind the counter? Just close the store. I understand people coming in right before close is annoying but if your open till 9, you're still open.

They supposed to close for 8:30pm came at 8:08pm && the doors are locked then the lady turned some of the lights off while I was standing at the door smh I won’t be returning this is the 3rd time this has happened if y’all close for 8pm then change the hours online && on the front

(2/2/23) EXTREMELY RUDE/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Refused service by a extremely rude lady that claims she was a manager, all because I asked for help after no one was in line. The lady began screaming and yelling at me saying she was coming I just needed to wait, but assured the customer before me who she severed, she would wait on her husband, that was not in the store at the time. I ask for her manager information she refused, claiming she was the Manager, later directing me to go look on the door if I wanted it. I told her I would report her and she said I don't care if you do. A gentleman outside witnessed what happened said they ain't gone do her nothing because she been working there a long time. So obviously she been assaulting people for a long time and after reading these comments, I can see that. I did get I'm touch with the owner/supervisor of that establishment, who assured me she would handle the situation.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! Nothing but attitudes with these people. Withheld my money for 2 days so basically kept my money since I never received my order when I went to pick it up. This store is a complete joke! The owner should pick better employees for her store.

this needs a 0 star...im starving and they shut down the mcdonald’s next door early at 630 pm.so the only option is subway. i went and rude girl,i think her name is jessica. bad customer service....some one needs to sit her down for customer service trainingalso there dont have a menu on the wall and considering they were on their downtime with no customers the store looked filthy
Went in here today but left promptly when I went to use the restroom and the employee yelled at me from across the restaurant. The bathrooms are out of order!!!!! How are you open forBusiness?!? You’re employees wouldn’t be able to work if that were true. I’ll go somewhere else thank you

Rude employee. I show up at 300 pm to order a sandwich. The employee is locking the door to closeup because she said the next person does not come in until 400 pm. That is poor customer service. Since when does a fast food place shut Shen in the middle of the day. You should always have someone working from the time you open until the time you close.

My wife and I went there on 8-16-2020. The service was sooooo slow, our breads were stale, and we had to repeat our orders multiple times before it was completed correctly, and my wife's cookies were under cooked. I am very disappointed at this location and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. :(
