This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. As soon as I walked in the worker already had a bad attitude. I clearly said from the start that I wanted a footlong tuna. After he put the cheese on I asked for it grilled like the bread and somehow he puts grilled chicken on my sandwich. I corrected him right away. Instead of just remaking it he starts picking the chicken off and there were still crumbs left. I told him I couldn’t eat that for religious reasons and he straight up tried to blame me saying I didn’t speak loud enough even though I was talking clearly and respectfully the whole time. I’m a teenager and the way he talked to me was super disrespectful and like he was talking down on me for no reason. There was no need for the attitude at all. Then when another customer walked in he completely ignored me and started helping them. The other customer literally had to say something before he came back to finish my order. On top of that he went on this whole rant about how he “knows customer service” and has worked at a bunch of places before which is crazy considering how unprofessional he was acting. Overall this experience was terrible and a really bad look for this Subway

What bad service... I ordered my bread with a slice of provolone, and they didn't put any cheese on it. I asked for a slice of avocado, and they put guacamole on it. I ordered online through the app, and they didn't serve what I ordered. Waste of money and a bad experience. Maybe they're going to become millionaires by skipping a slice of cheese! Bad, bad.

Racist vibes!! Worker didn’t want to accept any coupons from the moment my gf an I stepped in the door the worker (Guy)was starring us down accusing us of having copied our coupons , which in fact we had the same coupons that came from our coupons papers that’s delivered by mail. The manager did approve our coupons after this incident. But the guy worker was very rude and appeared very racist. Will be contacting corporate. September 8 , 2025 shortly after 9pm.

can someone explain to me Subway's BS pricing? Why is the regular meatball marinara the same price as the boss which has pepperoni and double cheese added to it? and why is the rotisserie chicken cheaper than the grilled chicken?

I quit going to this subway. Didnt seem very sanitary and they rough with your food and not paying attention to what they doing. Why do they ask what kind of sandwich I want when I am telling them the bread I want. They just ask you again after they get your bread.

Sattar was a friend and nice person his way of taking to clients and good fast service is a notable which makes customers to come and visit again and again and taste of the food also is nice
The service was ok but the bread wasn’t very fresh and they do not give you nearly as much meat as other Subways. If you are going to get cold cuts on your sandwich then don’t expect the usual amount.

We walked in to subway and 1st worker was not friendly. He took our order then the 2nd worker assisted and started sneezing by the food. Mind you she had on a mask but did not have her face covered. She fixed my aunt's food and started coughing. After that we were done. Not very sanitary to me.

Ordered through app bread was hard and old I put in the comments for it to be cut in half it wasn’t sandwich was sloppily made Joplin entering restaurant worker was sitting behind counter on his phone he didn’t greet me I said I was picking up an order he picked the order up gave it to me and sat back down on his phone I would never visit this location again $10 down the drain
