David Drive location is the best Subway! Staff are friendly and on point, it’s always so clean and the food is fresh. Other locations near by - not so much

So I see someone on here left a scathing review of this subway so I had to give them piece of my mind. I cannot possibly imagine this subway gave you trouble because I always experience the most impeccable service from this location. To the lady that left a review three weeks ago she complained that the man behind the counter said that she said the wrong thing. I assume she is talking about that little blonde boy Kirby because he is always working whenever I’m there. Kirby knows my order by heart and is very knowledgeable of the menu so I find it near on impossible that he got your order wrong. I literally walk in to the subway and he starts making my order as soon as he sees me and all I have to say is I’ll take the works please and he gives me a smile and a wink. I love this subway and I cannot simply keep quiet when somebody wants to talk about this subway and Kirby like that. Kirby simply does not get paid enough for the work he does and for dealing with people like you. I hope I never have to see you when I’m in that subway and I hope Kirby never has to deal with you again. Thank you

So I always ask for spinach and onion on it before it’s toasted. The guy made me pay while it was still it’s in the oven, so I’m not watching her make my sandwich. That’s also not cool because how do we know how much we want to tip if the sandwich is made? I had cash and didn’t pay with card to avoid this, planning to tip 1-2$ if she makes the sandwich good. Tell me why she put lettuce and onion on there before it was toasted. They offered to remake it but her and the guy repeatedly said “no you said lettuce not spinach”. I’m like bro give me my money back. It’d been cool if they just said sorry or just say they misheard me. I’m not drunk, I know exactly what I said “may I get spinach and onion on it before it’s toasted?” Exact words. This is the way I’ve order my sandwich for over 10 years, since I worked at subway. Ordered it over 100 times. Don’t even get lettuce on it after it’s toasted. I just ain’t like the way they’re acting like I said the wrong thing. It was unprofessional.

This is one of the hidden gems of the Subway franchise. Always polite, always professional, accepts coupons, and always fresh delicious sandwiches. This place has honestly raised the bar for what I expect from a Subway. 10/10
Way better than the subway on esplanade that barely puts any meat. I do wish they would toast the sandwiches longer. My bread is soft Also, they don't take the middle part out of the banana pepper

My daughter likes very little on her subway sandwich but she loves pickles and olives. Whoever made her Subway tonight made her a very happy girl - they gave her plenty of extra pickles and olives. Thank you!!!

Came to this location because the Veterans location did not open at the time posted. The young man that helped me at this David Dr location was incredibly friendly and took the time to make sure that our sandwiches were perfect and not just thrown together. Unfortunately it didn't give me the option to tip him when I swiped my card and of course I didn't have cash ? Besides his amazing service the store was immaculate and food was great.
