Did an online order for 1:15 today , they had me sit in line for 20 min while my order was ready sitting there the whole time now I got a soggy sandwich. Why have a rack for online orders if your not going to use it ?

It was AWFUL!! They had brown salami under the red/pink salami.... It was clearly no good. Half of the sandwich tastes alright. But the other half tasted like OLD meet!! Then my stomach was hurting all night. Lived in bathroom!!
If you don't want to be sick & disgusted.... DON'T TRY IT!!!
If you are "forced" to eat there, due to time/location/etc. Notice the sign says $10.99 on the menu.... But rings up as $11.00.
So, in summary they had BAD MEAT & They OVERCHARGE!!!

Horrible Service Incorrect order and the attitude filled teenage girls stared at me in the parking lot and ignored me for curbside pickup. I complained to Subway about the poor service and incorrect order and received some god awful generic apology email from the owner who refuses to respond. Two days later I received the exact same cut and paste email response that in no way addressed any of my issues with your food quality, service quality, and general accountability. You should feel shame.

Horrible unfortunately you can't give NO stars. The servers are great the franchise should be pulled from the owners. No bowls for salads this time. No tomatoes black olives or lettuce the last. Both times No Coca-Cola. Only 3 choices of Chips.

I came like 2 days in a row. I got the same thing 12 inch with steak & provolone cheese. I got cookies yesterday they weren’t good maybe an incorrect mixture. The footlongs were great. Keep up the great work!

I had a 12 inch sandwich. Wife had a tuna bowl. Had enough leftover to have another meal.The pretzel was a bit over done.
ATTENTION: GO ONE MILE AWAY TO THE OTHER LOCATION. Super disappointed on my 10$ footlongs. The tuna was spread thin as mayo. 1.25 cucumber slices on each side. One or two strands of onion. You can tell the owner is behind the counter. Plus, they didn't even say hello or thanks. Half the customer service job is to actually provide service. But you can't even speak?We live in New orleans and have plenty of choices so coming here was huge regret. Just look at these other reviews. I didn't, unfortunately. Here's a pic of the nonexistent tuna. Literally looks like oily bread. You guys suck! Never again
