I came like 2 days in a row. I got the same thing 12 inch with steak & provolone cheese. I got cookies yesterday they weren’t good maybe an incorrect mixture. The footlongs were great. Keep up the great work!

so first that all I order my food online then I go somewhere that way I just pass piling my Food up then I pull to the store and it's a spañish lady Puerto Rican accent making the food so slow enyways I pull up and I wait more that 15 minutes and she make my order wrong and she give me my food cold so please get people that like that cook not a girl that mix her problems whith her jod I work on the kitchen actually and we don't do that where I work so then she star cursing at me saying that she will call the cops so I just left and I come back to tell her nice hey you don't supo to act like this and everything get creazy do y'all need to do to stop this thanks you and tell her I make more that 50 orders and less that 3 hours

ATTENTION: GO ONE MILE AWAY TO THE OTHER LOCATION. Super disappointed on my 10$ footlongs. The tuna was spread thin as mayo. 1.25 cucumber slices on each side. One or two strands of onion. You can tell the owner is behind the counter. Plus, they didn't even say hello or thanks. Half the customer service job is to actually provide service. But you can't even speak?We live in New orleans and have plenty of choices so coming here was huge regret. Just look at these other reviews. I didn't, unfortunately. Here's a pic of the nonexistent tuna. Literally looks like oily bread. You guys suck! Never again

Ordered 12 inch tuna and disappointed on how thin it was spread. I know the rule is half a scoop but man.. I got two other subways near me and one already got these guys beat. I expected more out of these guys since I assume they do more business. Service was fine and AC worked and the music was not obnoxious. But all I came for was a sandwich and was rather disappointed.

My food was not prepared the way I had requested it to be. The was not toasted and it was not cut in 4 like I had asked it to be Also I requested for someone to bring it out to me and it was not.
