Good lord please fix the stupid bread machine. It's so loud that I'm absolutely sure the employees will have hearing damage. And I love the crew behind the counter - they have been there a while and they're efficient and friendly. Please save their ears. And mine because I turn around and leave if the machine is on.

RIDICULOUS!!! IM A MONTH PREGNANT AND WAS SERVE NOT COOKED MEATBALLS. First of all I came in there 9:00 and the worker should’ve told me he didn’t have enough meatballs for my sandwich and I would’ve been gladly to get another sandwich but he did not he proceeded to dress my sandwich and charge me regular price and not only I gave him a tip (p.s this is why I don’t tip anymore) anyways I get in my car and I always look at my food for some reason but I counted and it was only 2 meatballs. So I went back in there and told him I only have 2 meatballs and he want to ask like he didn’t put only 2 and told me that he’s out of meatballs and then I ask for a refund he went to the back and got a meatball and put it in the microwave and I asked him if it’s cooked all the way and it wasn’t. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK OVER HERE!!

Very flat sandwitch! I Always get their Outlaw foot long. Had to remove meat from 1 half to add to the other side. Spreaded my meat very thin it tasted like a cheese sandwitch. Cookies hard and dried out. It was not like this before. Not going

I only went for chocolate chips cookies ? ? but they were hard and flat for sum reason and higher than any other subway I've been to just for cookies

Worst service ever. They told me to get out because I did not have a mask on when they don’t even have a mask mandate in Metairie right now. Plus the door says that it’s recommended not required. Also I have been going there with out a mask for months. When I called to talk to you the owner the girl told me that it’s OK that she kicked me out because it makes her job easier. So unprofessional. I will be telling all of my coworkers never to go eat there again.
