First of all they didn’t give us three crunchy taco supremes we ordered, then we asked for one burrito without cheese and that didn’t happen . Then they loaded everything down with so many onions it was about all you could taste. I usually love Taco Bell but this was horrible. Then they gave us no hot sauce! This is a horrible location as far as getting it right. I was really looking forward to crunchy tacos!

The girl at the window was horribly rude when I asked for extra sauce, like it was coming out of her own pocket. And the manager wasn't any better..The employee kept talking over me when I tried to explain my issue to the point we were both raising our voices. And the manager had the audacity to tell me she didn't think the worker was being rude. Maybe it has to do with cultural differences, but where I come from that behavior is unprofessional. I just left and I will never go back. And if corporate is reading, of course they don't care, it's not their business being ruined. It's the quality of service that's down, not the food.

There is not much to tell. It's Taco Bell. We were too tired to cook so we went there. The lady at the pickup window was excellent. She checked to make sure our order was correct and she was very friendly.

I'm not sure if the staff was new but I worked for Taco Bell before and the Cantina Quesadilla should be grilled with cheese on both sides and mine was only on one. My first order had chicken and beef instead of beef. I had to order twice and it was STILL wrong. Utter disrespect.

The slowest I've ever seen a Taco Bell in my life. And the managers and workers were all terrible. Arguing and cursing at patrons who complain or ask about the slow service, etc. just pathetic. This was at noon on July 2nd, 2025.

Been sitting in line for 40 mins. Please have more staff on the weekends at night. There is no reason why there are only 2 people working and they can't process more than one car every 12 min.
The app always messes up somehow and then I get here only to find the drive through is now automated where they take your order! It can’t understand any issues much less what I was trying to order!

Stay away from this Taco Bell. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Ordered food, pulled around, was given someone else’s food. Pulled back around, told them, and was given the wrong food again a second time. Pulled around yet again, was asked for my card so they could correct it. Gave them my card to get it over with (then realizing I’d initially paid cash), but then they gave me my card back and “Re-charged it” stating the other money was refunded to my card, which couldn’t have been possible since I’d initially paid cash. However, they did in fact charge my card, for the wrong order, on top of the cash I paid. Between cash and card, I ended up spending $40 for an initial $10 order. Absolutely terrible. Stay away.
