They Forgot two items and when we came back get it the manager treated us like we were trying to steal. Not to mention there was hair in the counter.

Went through the drive-thru at about 4:20pm. Was greeted by an automated voice and then the automated voice began taking my order. Asked for a few menu items and a cup of water. As soon as I asked for the water, the employee spoke to me on the headset and told me I would be charged for the cup size of the water. Since when does Taco Bell charge for ice water? I declined. Then I drove away with my bag of food and discovered that it wasn’t even my order. They gave me the wrong food. Consistent theme of bad service and fast food experience in New Orleans

New nuggets were pretty bad. The staff even asked what I thought about them. They said they think the Taco Bell instructions overcook them. Awesome staff. Terrible nuggets.

This is the absolute worst restaurant to eat at I saw a worker spit on food and also they’re very unprofessional in their services
Rarely go to fast food restaurants, but the lettuce and pico were cold and fresh. The food was overall fresh. The meat and bean were hot and the service was fast. I'll call it out when I think a restaurant or fast food location is in disarray, but I had an enjoyable lunch and was back to work in time. Gotta give credit when credit's due. Good job everyone at this location.

I had not had Taco Bell in a while, so it was a treat. The simple crunchy tacos are my favorite. I do like it that you can add things now. Like guacamole, sour cream, extra meat, etc., of course at an additional charge. Two complains: one- the employees smoking at the main entrance door and two-the LARGE midnight cherry freeze being a 14 or 16 ozs size at $3.69, and didn't have much cherry.
This taco bell why does it always take so long to get the orders out why do customers have to wait 30-40 minutes for their order the wait is so long that people are literally getting out of the drive thru line fast food is supposed to be fast not slow af then the lobby is closed so you have no choice but to go thru the drive thru if you want fast service DO NOT STOP HERE the employees obviously do not care about their customers I would go somewhere else. Then they ha e an attitude with you smh
