This is the worst taco bell location in Metairie. Get some new employees that actually care about their job!! This is RIDICULOUS!!! Forgot almost my entire order. Everything was freezing cold. Wrong drinks. GET IT TOGETHER!!! Manager should be ashamed of how disgusting this location is.

what is this ? taco bell seriously what is it ? it’s SUPPOSED to be nacho fries ? they so cold, they’re literally ice cold… SO NASTY. no seasoning, it’s literally plain fries without the nacho seasonings.. i literally CRIED, i was so hungry & Im literally 2 months postpartum all i could do is cry lol. then they gave me a quesadilla with barely no chicken.. 0/10. Taco Bell you should be ashamed. & no one answered the phone, i called 2 times!!!!! All my money went down the drain…don’t eat here!

Food was served in a timely manner. The staff was friendly when they brought the food to the counter. The restaurant floor was dirty. Orders not taken at the counter. You have to use a kiosk, which has probably been touched by hundreds of customers. Yuck!
I ordered through Uber eats. So I can’t speak for the customer service inside. But my order however was pretty bad. For starters, I was missing an item, cool. I ordered a bean burrito with no meat, guess what? I got all meat and no beans. Then my black bean chalupa supreme was flat and soft. Not fully fried to be crispy, it was like a raw chalupa shell and it was supreme, which means sour cream right? No sour cream in sight. The employees were just lazy af didn’t care to read or make the order correctly. Imagine coming home from the airport just starving and receiving your whole order messed up with missing items. To the employee that couldn’t care less when they made my order; I hope you get massive diarrhea the next time you’re on a date or some major event.

horrible experience. i walk in with my grandmother and cousin, make our order on the tablet and wait for someone to take our cash. no one is at the register nor is anyone close to it. 1 man is in the back. 1 woman walks up and does something on the register, looks at me and i smile at her. she walks off. more people come in and we are still waiting for someone to take our payment, which was cash. we're waiting and waiting, 15 minutes go by and my grandmother who can't stand for long, gets aggravated about waiting. so we ask about it and they blame US for not TELLING them to take our cash? when they obviously see us standing there. i mean finally they took our money. but they were very very rude to us when we come often and always so nice and respectful. i never like being rude or mean because it isn't me. but that was uncalled for. blaming the customer for YOUR mistake.
