Work truck was too big for the drive thru so went inside. Ordered on the kiosk but the card reader wasn’t working, had cash so switched payment and it said to pay at the counter. Stood at the counter for 10min even tho the ladies making the food made eye contact twice no one would come to the counter. Finally had to wave the drive thru person down and she walked up like I ruined her day.The food overall was just ok, the chips in the nachos were mostly bottom of the bag crumbs and the beef had an odd taste. Stick to the drive thru and avoid the attitude at the counter.

I have to say, this was the best food quality trip to taco bell I can remember. The dough and ingredients tasted fresh. The manager even checked on us! I don't normally go to fast food places and not liking the automated interface. I'm waiting in line to use the touchscreen to order. And only after I've placed my order do I realize there are two screens. They are adjacent to each other and the one person placing an order had it obscured. I was wondering why he kept looking at me weird. Lol. I wish the food could be consistently this good. We actually ordered twice.

How could you mess up Taco Bell? I ordered a quesadilla with potatoes. The potatoes that they served me were hard and difficult to chew. Even the nacho cheese fries didn't taste right. My cheesy bean and rice burrito was under-filled. I wouldn't come back here again.
Went back to this Taco Bell for the first time in a few years.It has really changed for the better.Kiosk ordering, super friendly service, clean restaurant, and tons of parking even for RVs, tractor trailers, etc.I have edited my past review for the HUGH improvement since then!Thank you guys, I plan coming back for lunch more often.

I like this location, I personally think it is one of the best Taco Bell's in Metairie. I visit it often, and for the most part the staff is always very friendly and helpful, even late at night. The food is good, prepared with. Doesn't look like it is thrown together. I especially appreciate the self ordering kiosks and the clean restrooms. Which are nice, modern & cleaned often. ( They also smell good.) Another good thing about this location, is that not all of the seats are hard. So if you plan on sitting in for a while say- for a long meal, hanging out or to work on your laptop, etc. They have plenty of comfortable seats and several outlets so you can plug in. My only complaint is that while they do offer Free WiFi, it's limited. After about 30 minutes or so it kicks you offline.Vegetarian options: Unlike most fast food restaurants they several vegetarian dishes to choose from.
