Came at 7:00 pm to get some kastle burgers with my fiancé tonight. We first went to the drive thru and when no one came to help us we parked and went inside. Upon entering we saw two men sitting in a booth both with full burgers and fries on their plate. They said hi and we thought they were customers enjoying their meals. After waiting at the counter for a few minutes, one of the men stood up and went behind the counter to ask what we needed. We tried to order our meals and he simply said “the kitchen is closed” while the other man continued to sit and eat his hot burger. Managers this isn’t cutting it. I get that help is wanted but it’s not just wanted it’s NEEDED. Can’t rate the food because the kitchen was “closed” but one star for the clown behavior tonight.

Bought one dozen donuts and when I got home I realized that they were as hard as a rock. The counter person was nice but she must have known when she filled my order they were old and stale

It’s horrible, place is full of drug addicts, it’s nasty inside, dirt funk everywhere. Donuts were stale, my burgers were terrible, bread was old and hard. NEVER EVER Again!!

Nasty disgusting place typical of Nola... Donuts tasted unfreshed and not even remotely warm. Just straight ?️I took a bite spit it out and threw the rest away

Bought a dozen buttermilk drops, TERRIBLE so stale. They were so stale they fell apart before I could get them in my mouth. Also, purchased a dozen Kastleburger’s, buns were disguising, soooooo stale and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Ordered French fries and while they were cooking, it smelled like the grease had never been changed. They also had a sign that said, no restrooms available. The place is just down right disgusting! So sad, because this place use to be good.

Poor experience every time we’ve tried to order castle burgers from this location. Save your sanity and order at the west esplanade location. The younger workers are the rudest people we’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. If you order over the phone, they’ll hang up on you. If you order through drive through, they’ll make you wait over an hour for your food. This has happened SEVERAL times to us as well as well our friends and family members in the area. It’s heartbreaking leaving this review because there’s no way these workers own the restaurant otherwise they wouldn’t treat their customers so poorly.
The older ladies that work in the morning/lunch time are the sweetest. I assume one or both of them are the owners.
To the owner(s), If you want your business to survive, please hire workers that aren’t trying to sabotage your business by scaring off customers because they want a free paycheck. Praying you find the right people to help your business flourish.
