Awful, food wasn't good at all. Marinara, on shrimp, yuck.. Waiter, was so nice though.

They are short staffed it takes a long time to get the food and was cold. The hospitality level is down but I understand it doesn’t seem like the have time to cater to guests or really be friendly. The food is good despite being a little cold.

I went to the restaurant March 15 around 8 pm with a few friends. After waiting 20-25 minutes to be seated, we get to our table and sat there for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged by our waitress. She was helping the 2 tables in front of us and still refused to come and assist us. So my friend went to the hostess and asked if we had even been assigned a waitress. Our waitress was hiding in the kitchen when the hostess went got her to assist us. She came and took our order, another 30 minutes went by and our drinks never came out. So once again we’re watching her assist other tables and we’re sitting waiting on at least our drinks so we think. So we asked someone else what was going on why haven’t we even received our drinks…she goes to the kitchen and says our waitress had an emergency and had to leave and she never even put our order in. The waitress was still there! She came out and said she had just had an emergency but had actually took our order 30 minutes prior. So they said we would have to tell them our order again…as if the woman who was supposed to help us had never even written it down. The manager never came out to talk to us or anything. So basically we wasted almost 2 hours there and didn’t receive ANYTHING!

Food not bad, over an hour wait. Our waitress ( Kariyma) had to serve every table by herself and still did great!! 3 of us ate for $93.00 with no adult drinks.

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Bathroom was disgusting. The food was terrible. Never refilled my drinks. The server obviously didn’t like white people and didn’t make any bones about it. Never even received my actual meal just the appetizer.

There's not enough words to express the horrible food, service, and dirty dishes they was attempting to serve us food on. The restaurant was EMPTY, we had a party of 12 which was good for business- unfortunately the waiter was horrible, EVERYTHING TOOK LONG, STAFF SAT AROUND IN THE FRONT NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.We will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.....

My wife and I went in and we wanted to enjoy a cold beer with our meal but we were informed that the bartender was on break and the bar would open back up in about an hour. That didn't work so we left and went to Applebee's yeah and had a delicious dinner with a cold beer.
Ordered takeout tonight and arrived before it even came out. The young man at the counter didn’t speak when I came in and ignored me. A young lady finally came and spoke and took care of me so I left her a tip. I don’t live 2 minutes away and by the time I got home all of our food was cold. Spending $45 plus tip I’m very unhappy. Management only solution was to bring the meal back and replace it. We just wanted a refund. Won’t be eating here again.

Order take delivery from here a lot and always good only complaint is the last 2 times I have gotten the steak it has been aweful super small and very fatty so it has just been thrown away. Everything else is super good and me and my kids love the appetizers. Burgers are delicious and the grilled chicken

You want to know what is sad? I walked in by myself looking for a place to kick back and just have a quiet dinner on a Sunday evening. The place was nearly empty while several people continued to wait outside.I was overlooked by the wait staff so I saw the front bar area was empty I asked the Mgr if I could eat there so that it wouldn’t overwhelm the lazy wait staff. The manager kindly said absolutely.As I sat at the front bar area waiting for a menu the hostess walked up and said that the area was closed. I then got up and walked to the wait staff and explain my situation and all they could say was get a mask and wait.Now this to me showed absolutely no (zero) eagerness to work while 90% of your tables sat empty and 100% of your staff sitting around. There’s other issues I see here but I will not put it on open forum.After I left here without being helped I went 2 blocks to Outback and was seated instantly with a Diet Coke and bread.I will never return to TGIF even if it is my only source to go out and eat. I highly recommend TGIF Corp to look into this location and perform a full investigation
