Wonderful staff, owner introduced herself to us—fellow vegetarian. Food was fresh, and was to the table quickly. Classic green papaya salad, veggie spring rolls, vegetarian pad Thai and massaman curry. Can’t say enough good things about Thai Zaap!

Hidden in a parking lot on Vets is some of the most delicious Americanized Thai food in the GNO! Don't let the front fool you, behind this unassuming exterior is the surprise of deep Metairie Thai food. For example, try the pineapple fried rice combo. I discovered this restaurant because I had some leftovers, and came out here just to eat the real deal and was very happy I did! Best Thai food in Metairie! The flavor is super authentic. Love the roti, chicken satay, tom yum (sour soup), pad woonsen (glass noodles), and the whole fried fish (sauce on the side).
