Food was both over cooked and hard to eat or even chew . The only thing that came out good was my daughters chocolate milk

Good was ok price was high for burgers and they show milk shakes on there menu but the lady told me they do not have them

don't go here unless you want to sit and wait for over. hr to still not even get your food. and then you get threatened by the staff. horrible service We arrived at this location at 1230. The restaurant was empty it. Took 10 mins before we were even sat at a table. Then another 20 mins before the waiter came and took our order. We waited another 10 mins asked for our drinks and the waiter has a smart comment ( wait and see how long it takes you to get your drinks now since we asked for them) then another waiter came up and had to take the whole order again since the first one never put it in the system. We sat there for a whole hr and other customers amd in and received there food and left before we even got ours. After a hr I asked the waitress about out food and she told me another 30 mins. I don't understand why I have to wait over a hr and a half to get food at 1 am when the restaurant was empty. Pluss when we told her to cancel the order the first waiter started laughing and threatening us.

Don’t just don’t with this place. The “Burger Den” is basically Denny’s and I was unaware of this prior to placing my order. My food was absolutely horrible, I can’t recommend this place for anything. Take your hard earned money to a different location for food that’s worth it.

Ordered thru UberEATS and while it was timely delivered it was wrong. Ordered the pig and chicken burger but received something that wasn't even on the menu. Flatbread and tasted like beef jerky? Like what? So weird. Only reason for more than ONE star was because the Mad for Mozza burger was actually pretty decent. Fries and milkshakes were okay too. Just an upsetting experience getting something that's not on the menu and nothing we can do. Pretty sad

We ordered Burger Den on DoorDash. They don't do dine-in and only serve via delivery services, and they know exactly how to package their food to travel. We got juicy burgers with fun toppings and they were wrapped to minimize messiness and definitely didn't leak! I just wish we could specify how we wanted the burgers cooked, but they were still delicious and hit the spot.

pay attention to their customers. servers need to pay attention when the cook puts a plate out on the window. not let it set for 15 mins . don't be rude.
