The Cheesecake Factory

First time visiting an it was very nice. Minimum wait and good service. Food was very good with generous portions. Do recommend it.

We sat at the bar tonight and sadly, we did not have the experience. We are in town for work and needed a quick dinner before getting to our hotel. We understand it was later in the evening but the customer service could have been significantly different. From our drink & food order to closing out our check, we were met with attitude and a seemingly an unhappy employee. We didn’t even attempt to order dessert and that’s supposed to be the best part of the Cheesecake Factory! Super disappointed with our dinner and we will not even attempt to bring our colleagues back this week.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory! Plus it was our first time ever going to any location. The restaurant was huge and beautiful and dim lighting which we appreciated! Very peaceful. Our serve Yolani was very attentive and got what we needed promptly and kindly. We were all very happy with our meals! We had carne asada, steak Dianne and the Jamaican shrimp. Highly recommend it’s not too spicy either. And the cheesecake was of course 10/10! Would love to stop in again! 🍰 thanks yall!

Went to the bar and met Jasmine the bartender. She helped me charge my phone (which I have never asked a restaurant employee to do because I think it’s rude). And she made a great slightly dirty martini. Big and ice cold. Perfection. Admittedly, I didn’t eat, but I have eaten at several and the food was decent. Especially the Chinese style dishes. The bread is very good and a nice touch that many restaurants have abandoned. I will go here again if for no other reason…Jasmine.

I've had to do since maintenance in this place many times and they keep the kitchen really clean! I love that air a restaurant!

I just didn’t like it. I had better salmon at a hotel. The portions were small thanks but no thanks.no flavor no seasoning. I ordered a Cajun salmon. I really wish I could take the pictures.
