Ordered 40 piece wing combo, no sauce, no veggie, no veggie, and wrong order. Went back to get the veggie and blue cheese. Blue cheese tasted like mayonnaise. At least the wing tasted good.

If I could put zero stars I would and only because of the customer service this place always seams to hire. The food is great that's the only reason I continue to come. Tonight was another horrible experience. I walked in wearing a face mask and was told to place my own order online but outside of the restaurant. I proceed to do so however I couldn't checkout. So I walk back in and was told if I wasn't here to pick up they are not taking orders when I was specifically asked to place mine from outside like 10 min ago. The lady behind the counter got rude and changed the tone of her voice when I asked "then why was I told to go outside and place my own order outside?) I was having trouble checking out .. she then replied well that means we are closed how we're we supposed to know she was going to shut us down (referring to the manager ) plus we are short staffed. She proceeded to clean and left me alone. This was at 7:30 and I had been working all day with no energy if not I'll be honest .. I probably would have gotten quite ugly back. I don't deserve to be treated that way nor do I deserve the attitude and high pitched tone in her voice. I'm so disappointed with this place.

Absolutely horrid service. 90 percent of the time you can't get anyone to answer the phone. When you do reach someone, the order is wrong when you get it home. Too many occasions, I have arrived to find the store closed in the middle of the day with no explanation. Don't order online cause chances are nobody will be there to make your food!!!

very disappointed in yesterday's service. upon me walking in i waited for about 5mins before anyone turned their back and noticed i had walked in the restaurant. once i was noticed, i was asked it i was picking up an order, i told the young lady. no i am not picking up, i need to place an order. she told me that they were only doing pick-up orders at the time (i have never heard such). i told her that the website was down and was not allowing me to choose this location for order online. she asked another young lady that came out with a hood on her head as if she rolled right out of bed. my food was absolutely horrible this time, i had no flavor whatsoever on the garlic parm wings. i have been to this establishment a numerous of time, and they did not put in any effect at all. speed should never take away accuracy.

The worst idea Wingstop every had was to create a thighstop. This is the hardest chicken I've tasted from anywhere in my life. The chicken was inedible more than it was edible. I thought this would be a nice dinner surprise and this turned out to be a horrible disappointment. Either they had my chicken sitting for a long time or they do not know how to cook thighs. Very bad idea. Best part was the fries I ordered fresh.

After my sour experience at the Wingstop I received a call from the regional manager expressing deep apologies for my experience she issued a full refund. Never thought I would get that level of customer service. I appreciate her for taking the time out of her day to address my concerns.

May 2021: as I mentioned back in 2017, it's the lack of consistency that hurts this location. I ordered last week (5 Louisiana Rub/5 Lemon Garlic) and liked it so much I ordered it again today. However this time, I received Louisiana Rub and Parmesan Garlic and only 9 wings instead of 10 *sigh.

Simply giving this one star because of the service. They're rude and you can tell they do now care about a single customer that walks in. I'd save your money and get something else or go to a different wingstop. This location can eat dirt.

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WAS EVEN POSSIBLE!!!! Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Placed an order online and went in to get it just to find out it's not ready, OVER AN HOUR LATER. Had to sit outside watching about 15-20 different people get their order before I was even paid attention to. Then to top everything off, I go in 45 minutes later to be told that they're STARTING on my food!! I could understand if I had a catering sized order, but it was the most simple order possible. I myself work in a restaurant, we would NEVER give this HORRIBLE of service!! Do better, seriously!! It shouldn't take me coming in multiple times to remind you that I've been sitting waiting for my food for 45 minutes!! Completely and utterly disgusted. If you can't handle having online orders coming through, then DONT HAVE AN ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE!!!

This is the second time I've gotten food from this location, and despite the reviews, my food came out perfectly both times. Today I ordered 20 pc wings (mango habanero, Louisiana rub, and lemon pepper) and I got 1 extra! Bonus! Wings were fried hard and well dressed. I didn't get any fries because the sugar fries throw me off (even though I've tried them a bunch of times). I just prefer salt on my fries. If it helps, I ordered delivery with Doordash and my food still turned out great.

Okay, WHOOOOO came up with the fried corn cause that stuff is BOMBBBBBBB!!!!! I get mine with the Parmesan seasoning and omg! I see there are plenty of negative reviews on here. I hope I never have a weird experience because I love this place!

The worst wing stop I've ever been to in terms of service. I had to wait over an hour for my food. The workers were joking around and did not care about the customers. It was like everything was a hurdle and I had to ask for everything ranging from ice to when my freaking food was going to be ready. Honestly though the food was delicious. So, no complaints there. The funniest part about this place is that I know that no one will give a flying f*** about this review.
