I don’t even know where to begin with this place. The energy was off the second we walked in, and let’s just say, the difference in how they treat people who look like “them” vs POC is painfully obvious. THERE WAS NO WELCOME GREETING no “Hi, how can I help you?”- just a cold, dismissive “What do you want?” After standing there for 5 min as if we were inconveniencing them by showing up. I SAID WHAT I SAID.
And don’t even get me started on the redheaded girl with the clumped, tacky eyelashes- attitude for days, and The cringe man behind the counter couldn’t stop drooling over her, completely forgetting he had actual customers waiting. Maybe focus less on flirting and more on doing your job?
I honestly thought some of the other reviews were being dramatic- but no, they weren’t kidding. If you’re a POC or Latino save yourself on the over priced yogurt & go somewhere that values ALL their customers. The unspoken bias here is loud and clear.

Every flavor is delicious! The texture is perfectly creamy and smooth. And the fact that they are sugar-free makes Todd's the perfect fro-yo place!
Service was fast and friendly.
We even took home 2 quarts after eating our cups in the store. It is just as good at home!

I started coming here regularly until I realized how Todd's broadcast's Fox News on both of their TV's in the seating area. Fox News has settled out of court nearly 1 Billion dollars for lying and broadcasting false stories. It's quite literally a political propaganda network. I'm not interested in being fed lies and manipulated images as I eat frozen yogurt. Clearly this place swings Republican and wants to make your visit political. I won't be back.

24MAR25 ~ One star because they charge 3% of the bill to use a credit card. The are many protections, personal & administrative, for the card holder when you use a credit card. Requiring people to carry cash to avoid the 3% extortion will but people more at risk for robbery. I will not go back.
The place is nice inside. It is well laid out and comfortable. Our waiter, Kevin (I believe), was as pleasant & professional as you could want. Our choices were excellent. We had two large chillers and a waffle bowl, and I recommend both.

Todds frozen yougert is like the comfort of an old friend. It had been a while since I had it and I got my favorite a fruit festival with cream cheese yougert and OMG it was just the way I remembered a tasty comfort.

Tried this yogurt while we were in town for the St. Patrick’s parade on Metairie Road. It is the best frozen yogurt I ever had. The wedding cake flavor was outstanding!
It’s 2025 and we’re still facing racism. I went last week to get some French Vanilla froyo. The young girl just had the worst fake smile on her face and the older guy didn’t even care to smile. I work in healthcare so trust me, reading personalities comes with a breeze. I can’t deny my cup of froyo was delicious but not at the expense of my comfort. Customer service expands the business. I would just suggest to the lovely BROWN people… don’t even try this place. I’ll settle for Sonic!

The best yogurt. I love the chocolate and vanilla strawberry. . Not many flavors but that is all I want. The frozen cappuccino is the BEST! The staff is friendly. They remwber your order if you are a regular . Would love more locations !
