I ordered on uber eats, wish I had checked the reviews first! The whole point is supposed to be that the chicken is spicy.. I ordered the highest spice level & I got a spice-less sauce-free bland chicken sandwich. Will not return.

If you want the DRIEST and chicken ever, this is the place! First time ordering from here using Uber Eats, and it was such a big disappointment. All our chicken was dry with no sauce when we clearly asked for hot and medium sauce. Seasoned fries were not seasoned, and the hot tots were also not hot. They also forgot to add the ranch and the extra pickles that I paid extra for. Also, no ketchup or napkins were added in our bag. This place is the worst chicken and service I've ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.

This place needs to shut down!!! I do not for the life of me understand why they are still open. Had the absolute worst experience ever. From the get go, I was treated with blatant disrespect. Rudest service I have ever experienced. They do not make it clear that this place has “other restaurants” under it. I called to ask what it was near. I assume, Tayaven Miller picked up (because when I walked in it was her and some other male employee) and she practically yelled at me on the phone for asking a simple question. For some delusional reason, I still felt compelled to go. Stupid mistake on my part. I ordered a sandwich and some fries and a drink. The guy told me fries were sold out and I said it’s okay. The sandwich and the drink is just fine. Tayaven asked him what I ordered. He told her clearly. She wasn’t listening, and put in whatever she thought was right. She overcharged me. I didn’t realize until after check out. I went up to her and politely told her how she charged me for fries (because she rang me up as a combo). The male employee had to remind her it was sold out. To be honest, I feel bad for him because you could tell he was doing all of the work. First of all, she never apologized for HER error. Secondly, she said hold up I have to call someone. Customer service 101 that’s not how you talk to people? After she spoke to who I assume is her manager, she said she’s not allowed to ring up the sandwich and drink separately. I was flabbergasted because the menu lists the items separately with their own prices. If she is true then that’s false advertisement on the company’s part. I said well she either needs to refund the whole order and I’ll leave or compensate for the item that I was charged for and won’t receive (the fries). She said no one ever said she couldn’t give me a new side. And I’m like ????? because she never offered to substitute it. Again at this point, still no apology from her end and she’s getting increasingly more rude. She got short tempered and ended up yelling at me saying “imma go back there and cut up a potato for her a**.” I ended up with a side of tater tots that I didn’t want but I didn’t want to walk out empty handed since again, she overcharged me. Food was cold and probably spit in. DO NOT COME HERE! If you are hungry you’d rather starve! I also said no coleslaw on the sandwich and guess what? There was coleslaw on it. Truly, horrible experience. Online compliant did no use because they never responded. I would not at all be shocked if this place doesn’t last long. Good food needs good customer service too and this place has NEITHER. If I could give this place 0 stars, I truly would.Overall, she needs to trained on how to properly greet customers, take their orders correctly, serve food, etc.

I ordered 2 combos with tots. They were missing the tots on both orders. I ordered 2 sweet teas that I did not get. I ordered 1 ranch and 1 Bleu cheese sauce. Got 2 ranch. I have ordered from here 4 times now and they have yet to get any order correct. Very, very disappointing. I really like the chicken but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered yesterday from Ubereats, yet they were out of chicken for any sandwiches. Is this not the main thing you advertise? If you did run out of chicken, turn off delivery apps or at least update it so I don’t just receive 3 orders of tots for dinner. No phone call, nothing. Will not Be ordering again.

Undoubtedly one of the worst places to waste your time and money on. Order for pickup at 6:15. Arrived at 6:30 and food hadn’t been started yet. In fact, they needed to ask me what I had ordered so they could begin cooking it. This happened after about 20 minutes of standing around and waiting to be helped. Please do yourself a favor and skip this and every other virtual dickeys restaurant.

First time I had it the chicken was pretty decent, not great, second time they got 3 of the 4 items wrong, even tho the ticket had the correct order, and two of the 3 things wrong were cold and stale. Assuming you get what you order, it's not too bad
