They close all the time before their advertised hours with people standing outside the door, the workers completely ignoring the customers standing outside, very rude. It is always dirty, limited flavors, machines always broken or off and the workers always try to get a tip for doing nothing! I understand the supplies are limited, but the closing before advertised hours with people waiting outside because they locked the doors 30 minutes before advertised hours on Google and on the door is unacceptable. I love frozen yogurt and Tutti Frutti is the only one in Metairie. It is a shame, it is not run better.
Advertised as closing at 9:30, it actually says 10:30 or 11pm on the door. We showed up at 830 and the door was locked. The staff said they were closing early because they only had one worke. There were 3 teenage boys behind the counter and a family of about 10 eating inside. Left and went to Kenner (not much better of an experience, but at least the door was unlocked)
The place didn't have that many toppings, it was almost empty to get, they need to stak more
They kicked us out and closed early for no particular reason other than the two young women working wanted to leave.
Just went there about 30 mins ago, should have walked out. There was only one cup size. The yogurt stations were dirty, the flavors were wrong. The toppings station was not clean. Got home, started to feel sick to my stomach. Then my daughter started feeling bad. Needless to say we both were in the bathroom vomiting! We didn’t eat anything before there to blame it on anything but here! Will not go back at all.
Great selection. Always very clean as well
The little dude who rung us up assumed he was getting a tip for not doing a thing
My wife and I have been going to this location for years, and they refused to serve us due to not having a mask on when there was around 20 maskless people in the place. How are you supposed to walk in and taste different kinds with a mask on? Don’t worry you won’t have to ask us to leave ever again. We will find somewhere else to go.
This has always been our favorite and we still go. Now since Hurricane Ida, they only offer one cup size, no tops (unless you ask) and plain spoons. It's yogurt I know, and I could care about spoons, but the our kids love choosing a color. I feel like business have gotten sorta lazy and blame it on covid or now the hurricane.
Used to love coming here. Now the froyo melts before I can even check out. The place is filthy compared to what it used to be. Half the froyo machines don’t dispense correctly which makes me question the sanitation. If the business cleans up and goes back to what it used to be I’d be willing to change this review, but for now I’ll go elsewhere for a late night snack.

I will never set foot back into this place. Absolutely rediculous. They will NOT serve you if you don’t have a mask. Never mind providing one to customers. Just turn them down and make them leave! HA! What kind of business is this?!
So the way you pay is you get a cup and fill it with frozen yogurt then you weigh the cup and depending on its weight you pay. I just wanted to make it clear cuz I was confused about the paying method. 10/10 world recommend
How sad to see that in the middle of the pandemic, which should be more hygienic, the business is so dirty and poorly cared for. They were good and clean but not now.
Very good ice cream great toppings but only had one sugar-free flavor.
