My daughter and I stopped in for dinner before our movie. The hostess stand was not busy (nor was the restaurant busy) but things seemed hectic. Our server, Cody, was good. I wish he had come out more to check on us as I felt we had to wait a few times for refills. I also felt we had to wait a bit for our check. The food was good. I had gotten the small chicken Marsala and it was enough to fill me up. I had also gotten a cup of the bisque. It's always delicious. Overall it was a nice dinner right before our movie.

Can't fault the server too much because I saw him waiting tables all over the restaurant. Seems like they needed extra servers that night; things that went wrong: 1. never got water, though did request it, 2. when appetizer was served, no plates accompanied it, so had to wait for server to get back around to request them, 3. had to wait at least 5 minutes for the third dessert to be served (should all come at the same time), 4. had to request a to-go box several times.

We walked in and was sat immediately. We gave our order to our server and then was greeted by a different server and said she was taking over the table so we ordered again. Server caught a error in the order and had the Kitchen fix it.

Kid nearby choked and got sick, but the staff took care of it quickly & compassionately. Manager offered to move us but it wasn't necessary since it had been handled so well.

Everyone at our table loved their entree! The Pasta Jambalaya and Chicken Florentine were excellent. Our friends loved their Cheeseburger Pasta too! Since this was our first visit to Semolina's in a long time, and first time at this location, we took a little while to order. The wait staff were very patient and helpful. A very nice experience all around!

SAemolina's has always been one of our favorites. We have been regular diners since we first dined at the one when it was in Kenner back in the 90s. The quality is still top notch. We had the Shrimp Roban and the Marco Polo Chicken Salad.

Not bad. As usual, chain restaurants use WAY to much salt in their food. Nice service. Reservation was not confirmed as it was a down time. Question? I made a reservation, why not look it up in the system? I know it was slow, but at least recognize the reservation.

Didn't get a chance to eat there. Apparently there was a power outage on the 18th of Sept. 2018 I can completely understand about things happening but am totally atp odds to understand why I was not contacted about it. We drove from Mississippi for this reservation and wound up eating at the place next door. It was a good meal but not the ambience we expected. Very disappointed in Semolina.

The Chicago Pasta was excellent- will get that dish again- very flavorful and the chef didn't scrimp on the sausage. Brought half of it home and enjoyed it for lunch the next day.

Always enjoy a trip to Semolina. Love the Bar B Q chicken pasta, the mufflalette pasta and all the special pastas. The bread with garlic butter is wonderful. The service was great. Our server refilled everyone's drinks without being asked and met all our needs.

We enjoyed dining here. The starters were tasty and fairly big portions. So much so that we had to skip our mains but we loved it all! Dessert was a great way to wrap up the evening. Look forward to a future visit :))

Met friends and had a lovely unrushed evening. Server went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even bringing the mushrooms I requested be left out of my order sautéed in a separate dish for my husband who'd joked he'd take them. All four of us enjoyed our meals. Great food, good value.

Took my wife for Mother's Day and we enjoyed our experience. Food and Service was exceptional. We arrived early and were promptly seated. The prices are a great value for the quantity and quality of food served.

We did not get a chance to eat. The host was so unprofessional. She told us we did not have reservations. And even after I showed her she was still unprofessional. She told us that she put us on the list and they had 8 people ahead of us. That was our first and last time going there.

Our server was amazing and patient with our family, who was mostly trying to catch up and not prioritizing our orders. Thanks for allowing us to stay at the table so long to enjoy each other's company and not making us feel like we were overstaying our welcome!
