This is the must-visit spot when I'm in New Orleans. The friendly atmosphere and unique setting are truly unmatched. The food—especially the collard greens—takes me straight back to Grandma's cooking in Savannah, GA. You absolutely need to check this place out! Mrs. Viola and her sister are truly the sweetest.

I could have eaten better marinara sauce from a jar or can. Cabbage + green beans need seasoning. Very nice staff though!

Ms. Viola and Ms. NOTViola were wonderful. Food was fresh and hot. EVERYONE, including other patrons, were kind and gave such good vibes.
The fish is amazing. Okra stew is amazing. The potato salad is amazing. The Sweet Tea is amazing. The Pecan Pound Cake is amazing. Corn bread is amazing. Definitely a spot to frequent.
