Always fast and friendly service. No long lines or crazy wait times for food. The food is always hot and cooked all the way through.

Literally the worst drive-thru experience of my life. This is one of the last stops late at night before going back to the Northshore. Id rather starve then take the chance getting this level of disrespect as a customer. I never plan on going back ever again

Definitely need to reevaluate who works the drive-thru window. Whoever was at the window tonight, definitely was not happy to be there, poor customer service and I watched her needlessly dirty and throw away multiple cups, obviously not concerned about saving the company. Money. Definitely wouldn't hire her for my business, especially customer facing.

This is the third time I have tried ordering from Wendy's on Veterans twice for delivery and they couldn't take my order the third time my partner went to go pick it up we ordered two salads and one baked potato they said they did not have any potatoes and they could not make the salads cuz they had no lettuce I wish I knew how I could report this to the owner of the store when you call the store they don't even answer the phone

Had poor service so I asked for my money back at the drive-through window. I was told that refunds could only be issued through corporate and after some discussion with the very nice manager, I was told that this franchise deduct refunds from their paychecks and that’s why I was told refunds were only issued through corporate. I will absolutely follow this up with corporate

Always bad service- orders always wrong- too bad, it is such a great location- needs new owner or management- never fails to disappoint!

Order was not complete, returned to pick up. No apology from the mgr. Who handed it out. The employee who gave me the correct order was very nice and apologetic.

The manager was working the drive-thru window this morning and instead of serving food, she was serving attitude. Not being friendly, not giving receipts, condiments or a good attitude. It’s crazy to have to spend your money for terrible service.

Window lady very rude to my bf when he was asking for a door dash order. Took them like 10 minutes to get the order when they didn’t even have no other customers and it was ordered a while before we got there.
I pretty much only come here at night occasionally on my way back across the lake and this place has consistently been THE worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Half the time they tell you they’re closed…during business hours. The other half of the time there’s a line wrapped around it because they are UNBELIEVABLY slow. Like each car sits at the window waiting for their order for about 10 minutes. How is this place still in business?
