I pretty much only come here at night occasionally on my way back across the lake and this place has consistently been THE worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Half the time they tell you they’re closed…during business hours. The other half of the time there’s a line wrapped around it because they are UNBELIEVABLY slow. Like each car sits at the window waiting for their order for about 10 minutes. How is this place still in business?

December 30, ordered an unsweetened tea with my meal. Although it had the color of a lite colored tea, it tasted like moldy dishwater. I drank about 15% of it but decided that something was terribly wrong with it and didn’t drink anymore. 4 hours later developed severe sporadic stomach cramping for 1.5 hours before having explosive diarrhea. I’m otherwise healthy. Only sharing this review in case someone else experienced this also. I’ve no doubt something was wrong with that tea

Horrible experience, I had uncooked (like still frozen in the middle) fries tossed in with stale. Sandwich combo was $12.00, was supposed to be a crispy chicken sandwich, was mushy. I’m scarred. Staff was rude, manager was dismissive.

We come every morning my Mom and I. Mrs. V and her morning staff are pretty good. Even if they are busy. Keep it up you guys!!

I will NEVER go to this location again. This is the THIRD TIME they have not put my spicy nuggets in with my order. I'm paying $20 to NOT EVEN GET MY FOOD. Absolutely ridiculous. The ONLY positive note is that the lady in the drive thru is extremely nice and outgoing.

Every single time I come to this location they are VERY impatient and very rude. I have it another try because I thought maybe I can get a friendly person…NOPE. This is the absolute worst Wendy’s to go to in Metairie literally because of the staff. Don’t go here.

Food was good as fast food goes. The drink machine is the type that offers >100 options but something was off as the drinks didn’t taste right. And while it was obvious that people were tasting and dumping their drinks (my self included), the staff there didn’t seem to take notice that something was wrong.
