Service was extremely slow. People (myself included) were waiting a long time to be served and then for their order. No one was being greeted when they came in or told someone would be right with them. The place seems very understaffed and poorly. All too common these days. I watched at least one person walk out. The restaurant was clean, though and the food was decent.

BEWARE NO working Ladies Room, but I politely asked if I'd like to use the men's room. Sour Crean Hot and Expired 10 days ago. Baked potato tops do not fit containers. Counters, condiment station, and tables tables were filthy. Trash in parking lot.

I never experienced so much atrocity in my life and racism as a white man me and my wife one day ate at this restaurant and the service and food was so horrendous my wife thought she need one of the managers but I guess not it turned out to be someone else but this person was supposed to help us with our order but another large black and part of the lgbt community looking one trans person who was on the phone the whole time looking at pictures of there not sure it was their daughter or son both look trans that person didn’t help us they got rude called us some old “crackers” and cussed us out didn’t give us a refund my daughter and her 2 year old walks in and they get cussed out too this is a shame and racist establishment never again I even ask for another manager and asked for that person’s name one person says her / his name is Michael or Michelle or whatever this happened a while back but warning others to not eat here

Before I came to work here; I had came in with two of my daughters and we tried the food the service was very great and friendly and the food was hot and great temperature and tastes. I came here late October 2022. It was my first time ever working for Wendy's. The general manager the along with the assistant manager training everything I-. They was very understanding. I really appreciate how they show me everything step by step. Wendy is a very quality place they make sure the products of fresh daily and even do check before they open also make sure the customer gets best and quality service with fresh food. This is a great place to work and grow with career opportunities. I'm very thankful to have a general manager and assistant manager well as long as the other staff members,theykeep the community Happy. I had many jobs offers; but I'm glad I chose here to work. Thank you Wendy's North Causeway Metairie ,Louisiana.

The dumbest collection of fast food employees ever! Don't know how to take an order, wrong orders, workers yelling at each other. No one knows anything about their job and couldn't care less. Don't go there!
Best Wendy's on the south shore. Sometimes the buns are not steamed enough so check your food and ask them to resteam if needed. Food is generally correct and the majority of workers are polite. There are 1 or 2 that are approaching rude but most are great. Manager is very nice as well as the district manager.
