Everything was not hot. Was no one in line. After I received my food thanhad a line or I would have gave it back

You can barely open the door, which seems to be broken in someway. The staff is not friendly. The restaurant, where are the food is made, looks nasty.

There’s literally a parking lot of people that they asked to pull forward so that they could make the food. When I took a couple extra seconds to put my credit card in my wallet and put the drinks in a spot where they wouldn’t spill before I drove, I was asked a second time to please move forward because she was on a timer.
*** when they finally brought the food out, I had to send them back in to get straws and napkins and ketchup. They literally only put food in the bag.
*** he just returned with two straws for the four drinks I have and three packets of ketchup for the four meals of chicken nuggets that I ordered

I keep hearing about this place being or not being a great hamburgers point. Listen up the single double and triple burger 🍔 are some of the finest in this land . They get 4 starts for their 🌶️ chili alone! Go grab you a single soon!

The manager yelled at me through the speaker after I waited for 8 minutes without being greeted. Then she proceeds to tell me they’re busy at 3:32 pm and I understand, but no one was in front of me in the drive thru, there was no waiting in the lobby except the man that backed out the drive thru and went inside. When I asked her if she was the manager, she proceeds to tell me yes and how she just wants to go home!!! Not my issue, but definitely my last time spending money at this location!!!! She needs some customer service training to start!!!!

I never write reviews because nothing has ever been so good or bad that I've felt the need to, but this was truly the WORST experience I've had trying to literally just pick up food I already ordered. I ordered through doordash and saw the instructions said to go through the drive-through when inside the restaurant was closed so that's what I did. There were only 2 cars in front of me and I patiently waited to get up to the mic. I waited at the mic for a few minutes and no one greeted me, so I wasn't sure if someone was there or if it was necessary to wait in the first place since I already preordered on the app and was just picking up. I figured because I already ordered and paid I could just find out when I got up to the window. SILLY ME! Once I FINALLY got up to the window and stated that I was picking up a doordash order that was supposedly ready, the person in the window immediately caught an attitude with me and told me I had to go back around through the drive through AGAIN and wait for someone to come on the mic because there is only 2 of them working. I told her that I did wait at the mic already and my order was already ready and she refused to listen to me until I went back around. This doesn't seem very efficient in a situation where you're supposedly short staffed? I was not trying to break the rules I was just genuinely confused since I waited so long and knew that I didn't need to order in person. There is also not a single other person in the drive-through (gee, I wonder why that could be?!) so this is just genuinely an absurd request, BUT I was trying to be understanding of her situation. I understand that being understaffed can be tough, so I humor her and go around for a second time since she wants to play it that way. I get to the mic and it's the woman I just spoke to at the window and she asks me what I want. I then informed her that I already ordered and was simply just trying to pick up my food. THEN she tells me she doesn't have my order and tries to tell me that I'm at the wrong location (I was not) and that I had ordered from the other Veterans location. She asks for the restaurant's address on my app and I tell her it's showing this location on Veterans and Carrolton(the cross street) and she says no this is the one on Veterans...Like yeah girl that's what I just said. So I go back and forth with her until I just give up and put my order in with her to finally end my suffering. Not only did she pull her little stunt, but she also lost my order/never put it in in the first place and then had the AUDACITY to try to convince me that I was the one that made the mistake. Sorry to break it to you, but you are simply just not good at your job and trying to lie instead of owning up to your mistakes is just embarrassing for you. I know no one is going to read this novel, but in conclusion I am never EVER ordering from here again.

AVOID THIS WENDYS AT ALL COST!
Even if you haven’t had Wendy’s in a decade and are craving it, drive to another location.
I’ve never experienced an employee there that wasn’t rude, disrespectful, or poor worker. The order is always wrong, and that’s if they aren’t out of whatever you want already (which is often). Every now and then I give them a try to gauge any improvement. Somehow it’s always worse. This most recent time, at the drive thru, the lady asks what I want three times, after I answer three times, I’m told to hold on. Then she comes back and asks again. I go to the window only to be asked yet again what I wanted as she punched it in the computer. All of that for them to make the wrong order and not even check it at the window before giving it to me. I get all of the way home only to have been given the wrong order somehow after telling her 4/5 times. I go back and politely describe what happened, only to be greeted with no shortage of attitude. “YOU WANT SPICY NUGGETS OR REGULAR?” It was the new saucy nugs which I ordered straight off of the menu because I was trying a new item. And at the drive thru I wasn’t asked that question either. I said “I don’t know. I ordered saucy nugs with spicy buffalo as the menu says. Please just make it.” Unreal.
