Store #3082 for reference. Not the best Wendy's by any means, but better than several in New Orleans. Same problems as every other store in the region: high prices and disinterested staff (not paid enough to care). At least the ice cream machine was working. Just don't try to ask any questions about the menu.

These folks do what they want! I wouldn’t even take my dog to this Wendy. Whoever is management needs to reconsider! I see why it’s no lines. The service is trash, I walked in and nobody said nothing no acknowledgment, not a “I’ll be with you shortly…” NOTHING! . It was a worker on her phone complaining about the line they had earlier (which was a surprise to me because I rarely see anybody over there!) they had another worker swiping the floor. It wasn’t until moments after I said “hello” I got acknowledged by that time I was irritated and ready to leave. When I was leaving out a worker asked if I wanted to order something. I declined and went on about my way won’t ever be back.

First they dont let you finish ordering before they tell you pull up to the window....than they tell you pull up to the front until the food is ready and they never bring it out to you . WORST SERVICE EVER!

Employees eating and drinking in the food prep area without even trying to hide the fact. I don't think the board of health would approve. Totally disgusting and not sanitary.

I ordered the chicken apple pecan salad and there was no blue cheese which is my favorite part and no pecans😭 so disappointed also the burger was missing tomatoes which is not a big deal but the salad I would have ordered something else if I had known my favorite parts were missing and the salad was just a basic chicken salad. And I called the store no answer also no receipt was given so I couldn't do the survey so ¯\\🙄/¯Google. The young man in the window was extremely polite which was shocking because it was like 12:30 am

This was one of the newer Wendy locations. I know certain locations can be spotty but the Wendy's in Saint Bernard are always super fast

I mean, they were trying. They had me pull up past the window to wait for the two meals I ordered. I waited and waited and then they came out to see what I was waiting for. Then they started to make my kids meal and other meal. I waited 45 minutes total. I eventually had to go in to get my food. I would have just left but didn't have time to make another stop before the event we were going to. They were really nice about it, not sure if it was a staffing issue or what. It was not a busy time. We don't eat fast food often but when we do go back to Wendy's it will be a different location.
By far the worst Wendy’s anywhere. Orders are ALWAYS wrong.

This might be one of the worst run Wendy’s locations ever. They never have enough ppl working. Anytime i try to walk in at night they say the lobby is closed, but it legit takes 25 min to get anything in drivethru. Ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves

Burger bun was hard, cold and dry. Cheese wasn’t melted and was cold. Fries were cold. Nobody in drive thru or store, and it took about ten minutes to get my food. Horrible.
