This might be one of the worst run Wendy’s locations ever. They never have enough ppl working. Anytime i try to walk in at night they say the lobby is closed, but it legit takes 25 min to get anything in drivethru. Ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves

Joshua went the extra mile & my night was made I ordered cookies & was told there were none he then proceeded to tell me he could bake some fresh ones for me! Cookies were great & service was even better ! 10/10 highly recommend . He’s an elite employeee!

Cold friends and nuggets even though I had to wait on a chicken sandwich. Waited 3 mins to order food and 10 mins on the food. I understand a hurricane is coming but this is unacceptable. Order 2 biggie bags. Worst 10.o2 I have ever spent.

If I could give this Wendy's on W Esplanade near EJ Hospital a Zero I'd give them 3 of them. DON'T GO THERE!!! THEY DON'T CARE, THE MANAGERS DON'T CARE AND THE FOOD IS LESS THAN SUB PAR. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND HOPEFULLY WHEN THEY NOTICE THE CONTINUED DROP IN SALES, THEY'LL CLOSE DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!

The garlic Parmesan was not fresh. Was cool and look soggy the combination with the ranch either the blue cheese,which I always lov but not this time. French fries was fresh and hot . They don't have the drink I want so got not remedy but cola which I Don prefere. The service was good and the atmosphere too but. That nugg was nasty wacky and blashhh no like it.
