Associate was very friendly, it had been a year or so since I had eaten at this chain. I quickly remembered why I don't frequent Wendy's. The food was cold and terrible. It used to be one of the better fast food options. Now its just as disgusting as the rest of them. No thanks.

I always order pick up at least 20-30 minutes in advance and I still have to wait 10-15 minutes when I arrive. I only get a 30 minute meal break so it’s frustrating to be forced to waste time

This place will never get your order correct, but it still tastes good and it’s always hot. I asked for a spicy Asiago ranch chicken sandwich with extra extra lettuce. This is what I got…I’m supposed to have white sauce btw… You’ll never get a a receipt because they don’t need you doing a review for free food on your next visit.
