Wingstop

I walked in 02/17/2025 around 2:30pm. I was the only customer in line and there was only one family sitting at a table. The cashier was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. I was asked if I was there for a pick up and I responded with a smile, no, I told the cashier I’d wanted to place an order to go. Instead of taking my order, the cashier looked down at her phone to respond to an important text. It wasn’t a biggie because that seems to be the norm these days. After she was done using her phone, she asked if I was ready. I responded yes and proceeded to give her my order. I was interrupted by the rude cashier with her asking, NAME in an aggravated tone and nasty look. I responded never mind and told her that she has a nasty attitude and walked out. All that to say this, there are plenty of other places to order wings besides Wingstop. If I could give zero stars I would.

This was the worst food I tasted in so long. Ever? It's inedibly salty!! I really don't think it should be consumed, health wise. The place felt dirty as well. The staff were nice though.

I really hate that I went to this spot for my first experience with this chain. I had a hard time hearing the cashier because the t.v. was blaring. I thought it was just me until the next person came in and she had to turn it down. After about thirty minutes I got our order. We selected buffalo and garlic parm. Absolutely no flavor on either. I'm convinced the red on the buffalo was red 40. And the fries! The fries were salty with a hint of cinnamon and some sort of sweetness!!! What the crap was even that??? Never again! I advise driving past this location until you find any other place serving wings or another Wing Stop!!! I learned a $23 lesson!

The new manager Jagdeep was so friendly and helpful and my food came out on time and was very delicious. Will be coming back soon!

came here on a Friday night around 10:30 and there were 2 people working & the line was not moving. People were waiting and actually had 2 people leave bc they were not attended too. I would not recommend this place what so ever. It’s ridiculous to have 2 people working on a Friday night.ALSO they had 0 gloves on when dealing with the food… just gross, also my fries had 0 seasoning on them what so ever and half of them were rock solid could not even bite into it. My boyfriend’s chicken had 0 seasoning on it. SMH

Every time I go to this location I ask for my wings to be extra crispy because that’s how I like them. My order is never cooked correctly and I’m informed everytime that it’s noted on the order and it never is. My fries are always redropped to make them seem hot and fresh which then makes them very hard. I used to work fast food and I actively see them doing it most times. The gentleman that works the register never listens to what you’re saying to him and then asks you the exact same things you just said.

The customer service here is ridiculous. There was a line waiting out the door and I didn’t understand why being as this is a simple wing joint. Once I got to the register I quickly saw why. The cashier was not paying attention whatsoever. I literally had to repeat my order 4 times. As I’d repeat my order he’d literally turn and start doing something else like pulling receipts off the bags. NEVER even saying “one moment please” so that I’d stop telling my order, or “I’ll be with you in one second” etc. Nothing! It was very irritating and when he finally repeated my order back, it was wrong and I had to say it one final time. Blood boiling….even my 10 year old noticed and said “ma why isn’t he listening?” It’s extremely unprofessional and when I looked around at the other employees they seemed to all be relatives, joking around and chaotic. The spot was dirty. The food was mid. Fries were nasty, greasy and overcooked. And the mild wings were barely coated with only a drip of sauce. Overall, I will NOT be returning until they get better Management.

Wings were pretty good but I like BWW more. The fries were not that great. Plus I asked for seasoned fries and I got plain fries.

This location has gone down hill. It used to be great, but ever since it got new management and they cleared everyone else out, it has not been good. The food is fine when they give you the right thing, but the service is terrible.

Order was never delivered. They disconnected their phone so no way to communicate. Went to location next day after work to get a refund and was given the run around until they understood we were not leaving without our money.Won't be back.

It seems as though they've changed their whole work staff. The food isn't as good & they don't even season the fries. They also don't use gloves.
