Extremely rude service. The guy taking orders acted like I was an enormous inconvenience to his talking on his AirPods. The chicken smelled funky and the fries were not WingStop fries. They were purchased elsewhere and fried there.

A few days ago I came to this place to get food. A foreign guy with glasses served me, and the service was awful—he even threw the cups at me. Every time I asked for something, he was rude and seemed more interested in listening to his AirPods than in working. I'm never coming back to this place.

They rude as hell they never speak no one ever acknowledges that your there. They don’t even come to the counter to see if you need to place an order or if you’re picking up online. After standing at the counter for 15 mins with no interaction I decided to go to my car and place an order online. Terrible service

Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
