I just you guys that the pizza was excellent tonight. I originally ordered from the Pizza Hut at 1700 Veterans Blvd But the pizza I received was horrible and the service even worse than the pizza. So glad that I decided to try this location...better all the way round.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION… after 2 hours of waiting and spending $70 dollars on pizza, we called to get an update on our order, we were told that they were waiting on a driver. We drove there to just pick it up, when we walked in, one idiot is standing there on his phone, looked at us then went back to his phone without saying a word. I had to yell, I AM PICKING UP MY ORDER FROM 2 HOURS AGO AND I WANT MY DELIVERY AND TIP REFUND AND MY FOOD. Finally the dummy manager or whoever came out from the back, didn’t say a word, gave me my order, which was all wrong by the way, never apologized or offered anything.. Then when we were leaving, another couple was behind us saying they were picking up an order from 2 hours ago.. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST, DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered pizza at 7:10 pm waited an hour for nothing because it never came! Finally decided to just call and cancel. We called the store 5 times to try and cancel and get my money back and was put on hold everytime for 15 minutes. I drove to the store to finally get my refund at almost 9pm.

Put in an order at 8:15 and after waiting for over an hour and a half, I called the store to see where our pizza was and they answered to say the store was closed and hung up on me. WORST STORE EVER!

Be accurate on deliveries and not hold up costumers for 20 minutes and no answer to get right order delivered. I had to drive to store complete order was not made because store was about to close in 30 minutes. Manager of store did little to no effort to resolve situation. Delivery fees were charged and pizza had to be pucked up at store for recieving wrong order. Negative review will also be posted on social media to post awareness of how this location is run.

I ordered my pizza at 8:19pm and now it’s 9:56pm and I still haven’t gotten my food yet and I spend $52.38 on pizza and it still haven’t came and I been on hold for a lil over 8mins while they try to find the DoorDash person who took my money…they say these calls are recorded so I hope they have all this record cause I’m still on hold waiting to hear sumthing about this order smh

Pizza Hut sucks! We placed an order for delivery the other night and almost 2 hours went by and nothing! I do not recommend the location on David Dr.! Go to Papa Johns or Mr. Jim's if you want fast pizza!

The food is always delivered in the time frame that they give me and I love the fact that I can track the delivery. And this is the best tasting Pizza that I have ever had and I am not going anywhere else.

My breadsticks were dry. It was just baked pizza dough with no butter or anything on it. The pizza were hot and prepared well.

Ordered delivery online. 53-63 min. delivery time. After 140 min. with no call no email I called store. Was told order ready (steaming soggy by the minute) just waiting on a driver to show up.Me- That's a flimsy excusePizzabutt doosh- That's what's goin on, deal with it. Never another dime pizza punks!

I live 2.2 miles away. Dominoes, ACROSS the street, delivers with no problem. I hate dominoes. Pizza Hut refuses to deliver. The manager doesn't have his act together if that's how he runs a company.

I drove off with the wrong pizza , I had to turn around . They handed me the wrong pizza to begin with. After I turned around they had to remake the pizza correctly .

I’ve been forced to leave this review simply because of the lack of communication from Pizza Hut corporate. This is from the night Halloween. They were extremely packed. And there was no organization. My pizza wasn’t even in the warmer. It was on a green rack outside the oven.by the time I made it to the kids Halloween party. I opened the box and this is what I saw. The pizza was barely cut. We had to pull it apart. Well corporate said they would refund my money. It’s going on 1 month and I still have not received any thing. This shows the appreciation they have towards there customers. Highly disappointed
