It’s one of the best food places around town. Although it is a hassle to drive from town all the way to the interstate, because they are located in the road travel center. But their food is always fresh alwaysl cooked to order and I have never had an order messed up or the food just being bad in general. I cannot say that for any other fast food restaurant. Close, recent visit. It was very late in the morning and the lobby was packed. There were only two employees on duty one young man was on the grill, and the other young man was taking orders and working drive-through both of them work together as a team. I didn’t wait too long and the food was very much on point. Good job.

Tried a big game burger for the first time.... seeded bun instead of brioche, no onion straws, and the meat was crunchy.... really disappointed cause the advertising looked really good!!!To give benefit of doubt I'll try another one at a different restaurantFollow up: A week later Miosha at the store made it up to me and I'm satisfied... was very accomodating and friendly

Attached to the Loves stop that is a required stop on our trips to Shreveport, the quality has dropped every year.Sticky and slippery floors, dirty drink dispensers, and the last three trips they've gotten my meal wrong. I chalked it up to a bad day in the past, but I doubt we'll be stopping again anytime soon. There's a great subway across the street.

Food was decent, but pulling up to speaker just to be hold to hold please (at least she said please), then proceeded to wait 13 minutes for our order to be taken. Pulled directly to the window and waited another 18 minutes on our food!

If i could leave zero stars i would… had to sit and wait thru the drive thru just to get everything i did not order and had to ask for my drink not to mention the curly fries were so burnt my dog turned away from them. I know every person in there would want their food to be correct especially when they charge you so much. Unacceptable and wont be bk
