My girls and I take a mother-daughter trip each year. We have ordered coffee from the owners of Brick Street for years, and we decided to go to Minden where they’re based, stay in the Spanish Villas, and enjoy small town life for a few days. We loved the transformation from the old hardware store to the gorgeous, unique, timeless coffee house it is today! The staff at Brick Street was so sweet & accommodating! I messaged ahead of time, due to my gluten free dietary needs and Debbie not only made blueberry scones for us, she also picked up a loaf of GF bread in Shreveport to make us an Avocado Toast Breakfast that was amazing!! This is the ONLY coffee I can drink that doesn’t hurt my stomach or make me feel jittery. Derek is a genius at the roaster. Debbie only uses flavorings in the roasting that don’t have propylene glycol, which is in most all flavored coffees you’ll find in the market. I drove over four hours to visit Brick Street! If you’re closer than that, what’s stopping you? Also, consider ordering coffee from their online brand Barnyard Coffee to your home! Love Debbie and her family! They’re the sweetest!

I could write a short story about Brick Street. The smells of roasted coffee will drag me in off the streets so fast. Everything here is amazing. The sweet staff! My gosh. I LOVE the almond croissants, the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs. The pumpkin chai latte is my absolute favorite but everything else I've had has been great as well. Kids love the cream based frappe and the Italian sodas. Very clean establishment. Pecan pie bars are also my weakness. I should live in the attic here 🤔 😅

The best food, drinks, service, smiles and atmosphere. The only thing I’ve gotten that I wasn’t crazy about was the pumpkin spice latte, and I fully blame that on not being crazy for that flavor. When I ordered it I thought if anyone has a good one it would be them, but I still just don’t like it much. It wasn’t bad enough to pour it out though. I still drank it

If you come for the matcha just pass. The matcha just taste like milk. Usually happens when low quality matcha is being used or the measurements for making a matcha drink are WAY off.

Brick Street Coffee is a true gem in downtown Minden! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere invites you to stay for a while.
One of my favorite features is the ability to order ahead through Toast. The process is quick, smooth, and incredibly convenient. I can simply grab my drink and go without having to wait in line, which makes my mornings so much easier.
Whether you’re stopping in to relax or picking up something on the go, Brick Street Coffee never disappoints!
