They did the sandwich Wrong after I specifically said what i didn't want on it but did anyways,and one the employees was sweeping, and somehow sweeped my feet twice instead of asking me to move or wait til I moved don't recommend, go to shreveport or Bossier bk unless you get something simple enough for them to understand

I rarely, if ever, post reviews. I decided after years of not buying food at this location, I would try it again. It was a bit after 9AM. McDONALD'S had vehicles lined up from the(3) windows to the parking lot, and down Homer Road-Burger King had NONE. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese Croissan'wich meal with coffee. I was informed there was no coffee or tea (remember-this was at breakfast) I could order a soda. The wait was about 8 minutes(again, no one in line but me). The sandwich AND the hash browns were completely cold. The sandwich was smashed on 1 side from the middle to the outer edge and the croissant broken. Threw the COLD sandwich and hash browns away. Complete waste of money and time. I should have lined up with everyone else at McDonald's!

Today, I ordered cheesy tots with ranch, but when my meal arrived, the tots were still frozen in the center. I returned to have the order remade, and the employee with green dreadlocks did not offer any apology instead she was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I received the remake, the ranch was missing. After asking for it, I was told that I needed to pay for the ranch—even though I wasn’t charged for it originally. If cost is an issue, please ensure that your staff is properly trained to inform customers about any additional charges for condiments. Given the inconvenience, I believe the ranch should have been complimentary. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses the issue with the employee.
