Chen's opens at 10:30; we arrived just about 11. We thought everything would be hot and fresh. The fried fish and shrimp were hard and so tough, they couldn't be chewed. Some items were excellent, but not the fried foods.

We have been there several times and satisfied with everything. But yesterday was different. Sitting at our table we had a roach crawling around our plate. We just paid and left. Made a call an hour later and told them and there was no apology. Really didn't seem to matter to him. Will not be going back.

The food used to be good but the past 2 times I've been there, the food on the buffet was not hot, the service was nonexistent, and I became nauseous within an hour. Yesterday, I was there for a birthday luncheon and 5 of us ended up sick. I won't be going back.

Best Thai Food in my opinion. Customer Service is definitely Great and The Food is Amazing, if you haven't eaten here You gotta try it. I sneak away to eat here for lunch at least 8X a month. Very big menu to pick from and everything has been delicious

There was no service the food was cold Where’s the Health Inspector ??? I got a terrible headache and upset stomach I think the fish was rotten I spit it out The Cashier was the rudest I’ve ever encountered in my 70 + years Horrible is an understatement

The service is non-existent, you have to grab your own drink your own table in your own silverware. The food was hit or miss but this raw chicken has seen in the photo should be more than enough to tell everyone not to go. A terrible experience overall. When I brought this to the attention of the worker at the front: the best form of compensation he could give me were my drinks for me and my partner free.
