Pizza has always been good, however the service isn’t. I’ve sat at the window for over 20 mins and no one acknowledged me, although they’d walk by and see me waiting in my car. I finally honked and someone decided to finally come to the window. Service is hit or miss…at times it’s friendly and decent, and other times the employees are talking and couldn’t care less about customers waiting.

Minden La Dominos is a complete joke. Ordered on the phone . 2 large pizzas. One meat lovers and another Philly cheesesteak. Went to pick up the order and was told to call and cancel it because they couldn’t make the pizzas. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. This is very pathetic of this restaurant.

Tried to order online..it takes the money and a few mins later it cancels the order! Its always issues with online 😒 and every time you call its someone different answer that you got to explain to! Service sucks!!

Favorite Pizza Place, their Pizzas always fresh and Hot and the chicken habanero and chicken bacon ranch SANDWICHS IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS WORTH THE MONEY.

This is my second time ordering from Domino’s and both times have been disappointing. The first time I ordered, I got cinnamon breads and they sent me garlic breads with cinnamon icing instead. I called and a female manager was nice enough to have the correct order sent back out, so I gave them another chance.
Today, I ordered a pizza and a Dr Pepper. They brought the pizza but forgot the Dr Pepper. When I called, the same female manager said the driver had left it at the store and would bring it back. It’s now been over 40 minutes, and when I called again, she claimed the drink was already delivered — which it wasn’t. Now they won’t even answer the phone.
Really unprofessional and frustrating experience. I tried to be understanding the first time, but it’s clear this location has a serious issue with accuracy and communication.

Every now and then I get a crappy order but the last year or so, it's been pretty consistent. Pizza is made quick and the way we order it.

They don’t answer the phone so i went up there to order my pizza…..They told me my pizza will be ready in 20 minutes & they will bring it out which I gave them 30. They told me to pull to the drive through window….When I come back to the window they just started at me for about 5 minutes. I finally just got out the car and they handed me my pizza which was sitting there…. This is really sad!!!!
The owner Megan is such a sweet heart. She made sure that my needs where met and i never received one of my items and she did everything to make it right:)
