The service here was so bad, if it wasn't for my mother-in-law being there with me and my wife I would have gotten up and left before even ordering food. The OWNER jennifer was our waitress and she was rude to us as soon as she came to our table the first time. The one in minden. The waitress got our drink order wrong and our food order wrong too. Plus I watched her for 10 mins sitting and chatting with I guess her boyfriend with that being said. I been a waitress and I am now a cook where I work. I don't let one of my customers sit and wait as long as this lady did. it was the worst service my family received. It will be a long time before I go back to a once favorite place to ear at. I had to leave before I lost my cool.
They have gone off the deep end at the location in Minden. Prices are outrageous. Taking advantage of inflation. $15 for a simple 2 enchilada dinner. $7 for an 8 oz queso. I understand prices are higher everywhere due to inflation but it’s pretty clear when a restaurant is taking advantage of it. Don’t recommend unless you have deep pockets.

El Jimador Mexican Grill offers delicious food with the best salsa in town. Customers praise the warm and crisp chips, friendly service, and overall excellent dining experience. The beef chimichanga with chili sauce is darn good, and the mango margarita is incredibly good and very strong. The Chicken Rancheros was great, with very tender chicken. The appetizer sampler was delicious, especially the quesadilla. The menu is very vast with so much to choose from. The restaurant has a great atmosphere for all and is wheelchair accessible with easy access. Parking is plentiful for handicap. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, and they go above and beyond for customer service and amazing hospitality.
