This place is conveniently located in a gas station at Exit 47/I-20. They serve a lot of different cuisine, but they have several types of hamburgers. The burger is good, but just not what it used to be. The meat is a home made patty, but it was just a little bland. They come with seasoned fries. It's not bad, but average. If you are in the area, it's worth a stop. It's definitely a step up from fast food burgers.
Some friends brought me here when I first moved to Minden a year and a half ago. They ordered the Freaky J and suggested I do the same. It is THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IN MINDEN! It is a grilled or fried chicken breast with bacon, lettuce, tomato and a special sauce on a jalapeno cheese bun. Skip the chicken chains and come here for the best chicken sandwich. You won't be disappointed. They also have Cajun food that is popular. You can get the Cajun items fairly quickly but...
