Best lunch in town! Only open for a 4 hour window Monday-Friday, but it’s probably for the best because I would probably go broke otherwise. I recommend trying the Black Bayou sandwich/burger. Their blackberry jalapeño jam that goes on it is amazing.

Today my daughter treated me to an early birthday lunch at Geaux Fresh. This was my first visit but certainly not my last! They were busy and I can see why! I had the NOLA wrap which is delicious! She had the Jacked Up Salad which was delicious as well! The service was great all around! Very inviting place to eat!

I've lived in Minden for almost 4 years now and somehow have never made it to Geaux Fresh until today.It's a beautiful place inside. I placed a to go order and the staff was super duper friendly.I ordered a Caesar salad for my daughter and the Fruity Ninja for myself. My daughter loves their Caesar salads. The Fruity Ninja is fruity chicken salad on top of spring mix and avocado. Fuity chicken salad is my favorite kind but this one was lacking a bit in the flavor department. I would probably have enjoyed it better with some type of dressing on the salad. I've been fighting the crud so my taste buds might not have been up to par.I was very tempted by the desserts but will save that for another day. They looked amazing.I will definitely go back to try the desserts, burgers, and more.

Found this place on Google while traveling through the state. It was worth the 10-minute detour off interstate. Order at counter when you arrive, food is fresh, and comes out relatively quick.

We had heard from a social media account I follow and the Hgtv show about Geaux Fresh. Minden was a good location for a family meetup for my mother's birthday so we gave it a try for lunch. Since we were expecting a large group I did contact them a day ahead to let them know. They were gracious to accommodate us with tables pushed together. The menu has a great variety, all very fresh! Everyone's food was delivered exactly as they ordered it and it was all very tasty! The staff was so kind and friendly. They even provided a complimentary dessert and birthday song for my mother! We'll definitely be back!

Delicious food! The shrimp is so fresh and tender, seasoned perfectly. I love the shrimp cobb salad. Their desserts are out of this world! The customer service is lovely and the atmosphere is top notch. They put love in their food, you will taste it. I love going to this little gem in Minden!
