My husband and I after church in Ruston, LA didn't want to go to the same old spots to eat. We live in Homer so I googled soul food restaurants near us in Minden, LA and this wonderful place came up, Jean's Diner.....ya'll we found a gold mine. They have the best Down Home Country Style Food. Let me tell you everything tasted like Grandma's cooking, seasoned to perfection. With every bite my husband and I was in ahhh. Service and atmosphere was great. Did I say the food taste great. 👍🏾👍🏾 Two thumbs up...four with my husbands. We have decided to make this place our go to for Down Home Country Soul Food.......period. 🤎💜🩵🩵💙

This is a hidden jewel. Some of the best country home cooking you can find. And the service....they were very friendly and right there if you needed anything. I highly recommend this restaurant. If I'm ever back in Minden, I will make sure to back.
