The floors are slippery. The customer service was lacking. Almost a rushed feeling of “here get your food and leave bc I hate my job” feeling. The chicken was old and I had to pick around it to find pieces I could even chew. The waffle was so hard I was hitting it on the table to show my husband I could build a house with it. Even if I could eat the waffle there was no syrup to dip it in. The only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes. Seriously disappointing. Oh and online said was not taking orders this was at 730pm.

12/26 at 5:28pm. Unwilling less to help. I asked this one associate (heavy set dark complexion)the price of a 2pc dark, she said "like 8 or $9" and walked off. After looking at the menu for a few minutes I asked another associate(light skinned) for assistance. I asked could I get that 2pc w/ fries for $5.99? She said it comes with mashed potatoes. I asked if there are any deals that's comes with fries and she replied "it's whatevers on the menu" at that point I said "thank you" and left. Popeyes in Minden is a far cry from Chick-fil-A

I usually love KFC. NOT this place. We waited over 45 minutes for our order, in the drive through, and still did not get what we ordered!! I paid $56.16 for nasty chicken that made my wife and I sick. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Me and my fiancé came to this KFC and we asked for 2 extra biscuits and the manger had said alright. After that I had asked if they had sweet tea because I cant drink carbonated drinks because of my strep and they said they could and she brings the cup to the tea machine in the back and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My husband got a dr pepper and it had no carbonation and was so flat he spit it up. When we got to the car with our food we never got our receipt nor the extra biscuits. I had gotten the famous bowl with no gravy and instead of taking off the gravy they took out the chicken and my fiancé food didn’t even look done and the biscuit from his meal was bitten out of. When we went in to get a refund because it was unacceptable for what we had gotten but the second we walk in the manger caught a big attitude with my 70 year old grandma and said it was fresh and there was no reason to return it. She kept arguing with my grandma until it almost got violent from the manger then we finally got the refund and still no receipt. They was the rudest Kfc I have ever been to and I have been to some pretty rude kfcs but nothing beat this.

I was blown by the price of a 16 piece bucket of chicken...I n ordered one 16 piece chicken with 4 lg sides an 8 biscuits with one breast on the side. The price was $57.48!!!!!!! Almost $60!! I couldn't believe it. We don't go out often at all an now I definitely want b. Service was great

walked in, Clean wasn’t busy . Two other. Customers and one in drive through. As we went to the counter the staff turned around and walked away.she was gone a moment came back and proceeded to COMPLETELY ignore my husband and me. We waited 5 minutes she still didn’t wait on us. Busy I could have understood waiting not there was no reason. Plus the manager was there too. We left and went to the Chinese restaurant please with the choice ? He
