We had heard from a social media account I follow and the Hgtv show about Geaux Fresh. Minden was a good location for a family meetup for my mother's birthday so we gave it a try for lunch. Since we were expecting a large group I did contact them a day ahead to let them know. They were gracious to accommodate us with tables pushed together. The menu has a great variety, all very fresh! Everyone's food was delivered exactly as they ordered it and it was all very tasty! The staff was so kind and friendly. They even provided a complimentary dessert and birthday song for my mother! We'll definitely be back!

The Mac Bliss is a hit! It was so cheesy and had surprisingly a big portion. I didn't even finish it! It tasted great and had all fresh ingredients. I will definitely come back!

Cargiant always loves Geaux Fresh. Ordered from them today and my panini and sales gal ( Kam) ordered grilled chicken sandwich and LOVED IT. Kam , from Minden had not eaten at Geau Fresh before and said " Wow, this is sandwich is Amazing ".

I came in from Florida to visit my mother and we came here due to the HGTV show and the good reviews. I wish I had saved the money. My mother and I both ordered the "special" the chicken and dumplings. We also asked for cornbread but got a piece of toast. Sorry but they were terrible. I only ate 4 bites and that was just chicken because the dumplings were so hard I could not even cut them with a knife. And it cost thirty dollars!!! for two plastic bowls of bad food. We did speak to the owner and she offered to "fix us a sandwich" I declined because I was scared to eat anything else, So she offered my mother a piece of pie. My mom accepted and asked for strawberry or coconut pie. The owner said sorry but they had not been cut into yet so she gave her a piece of chocolate pie. It was so bad!!! It tasted like cheap store bought crust and instant chocolate pudding with whip cream. I would try them again but was so offended that she did not offer to refund our money I will pass on trying them again.

We were a group of two adults and two kids eating here at noon and the food was delicious. The owner and the people working there were very professional and friendly. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a very large menu. We will eat here again when we are in Minden.

The three of us stopped for a late lunch on a Wednesday and were pleased with the large number of fresh choices on the menu. We were the only customers in the bright and clean dining room. Service was prompt and friendly; our food was delivered to our table but a few minutes after we ordered at the counter. Each ordered item was approximately $10; our bill before tip was $54. The menu on their website matched the one on the order counter. The soup of the day was potato, and it was terrific; big bowl, creamy, and full of flavor. We thought the food prices were in keeping with the food quality. Note that they charge $.50 for each serving of tap water; something we have not encountered elsewhere.

Stopped by on the way to Dallas. Great lunch spot. I had the surf and turf bowl. Both the burger paddy and the grilled shrimp where excellent. My husband had the Jacked Up Chicken Sandwich. Very flavorful chicken and the bun was special. Wish I had room for dessert because the coconut cream pie looked wonderful. I highly recommend.

SUPER FOOD. First time here. Fresh and delicious. Southwest salad add shrimp. Best salad I have had in a long time. Wish it was bigger, I like a giant salad but whatever it's so good. Tried their cookies too. YUM. Highly recommend and will be back again and again.

We were visiting family in the area and decided to check out this quaint little place for lunch based on the previous reviews. We had a wrap, soup and salad and bought a strawberry pie to go! If our lunch is any indication of how the pie will be we are in for a real treat! Service was outstanding and the food was fresh and very tasty. If you are in the area don't pass the opportunity up for a delicious meal and excellent customer service!
