We eat here quite a bit, but usually to go. This time we dined in. The riblets are usually hot and tender but these were cold and tough. They were just not appetizing. We asked the cashier, who was wiping down the drink station, about getting the meat heated but the she just said “I don’t know, you’ll have to ask them and nodded toward the kitchen!” Another customer came in so I decided that it wasn’t worth continuing to stand there to get it resolved. We noticed a few minutes later that she was actually the one filling orders and doing to go plates. Potato salad was good. Beans were a bit spicier than I remembered. Corn was to tough to eat. It was still two hours till close so, I just don’t see a reason for the bad service. We will probably give them another chance but it will be a bit.

The server was precious, the work release workers, however, were incredibly loud, shouting, laughing and gave the restaurant a poor atmosphere. The owners can't be present every moment, but you can certainly tell when they are in house or not. The service and behavior of the staff is a dead give away! I thought the price was as reasonable as anywhere else. I would love to see more seasoning on the brisket. It was very tender, just not much flavor. The sauce certainly perked it up, though.

Rushed us with food. Turkey sandwich bwas dry and was $9 potato salad if from Walmart and corn was cold. They give u dill pickles with your brisket. All around thumbs down

The grilled chicken, brisket and smoked sausage is the best 👌🏾 the service is always professional and friendly; I always use the drive thru and the wait is never long.

I have 4 star because I didn’t get utensils and the chocolate cake was spongy but other than that, the food was good. I got the rib small plate with coleslaw and beans. I went through the drive-thru. I would go or recommend.
